DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operates and adjust compacting presses, automation and furnace.
Operates steam and temper furnaces, cryo units and oil impregnation units.
Performs visual and dimensional inspection at the compacting, sintering and steam / temper operations by performing the following: Reads routers, and production schedules for product specifications such as: dimensions, tolerance, and number of parts to be processed and when.
Records information for inspection and production using various form, logs, and computer systems.
Monitors product for product specifications using but not limited to the following types of inspection equipment: micrometer, digital indicators, scales, hardness tester, optical comparators, digital controllers, flow gages, and visual aids.
Verifies equipment including but not limited to proper press settings, feeds and speeds, temperatures, cycle times, pressure settings and other controls are in conformance to specification by using established standards.
Ability to start shut down, operate and adjust compacting presses.
Loads, unloads and operate furnaces, monitors automation in front and back of furnaces. Operates overhead hoists, and hand jacks. Troubleshoots and performs appropriate maintenance of the equipment by observation and general cleaning.

Position operates one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment. This may include moving raw material handling to the production line, and/or filling, capping, sealing, labeling or packaging product. Removes damaged products or supplies, as needed. Position responsible for production, package, and flavor changeovers. Maintains required product inspection processes. Performs basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
Position requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over a long work period. This position requires walking or standing most of the time during the shift and may include stooping, crawling and crouching over and under conveyors. Position may be required to work weekends and/or holidays.

JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision performs skilled labor in the transportation-related areas such as maintenance of highways and right of ways. Operates heavy construction, towing, or maintenance equipment to remove, distribute, level, pave, or grade earth to maintain traffic flow. May also serve in a lead or supervisory role.

Operates various types of heavy equipment to complete assigned tasks and performs preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. May respond to emergency situations affecting the state route system during and after normal working hours. May provide day-to-day supervision of a crew or sub-unit to accomplish the tasks assigned by the supervisor. In the absence of may function as an assistant to the Highway Maintenance Foreman.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

STATE ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma or GED AND One year of experience in the operation of heavy equipment and large vehicles such as bulldozers, front end loaders, ditchers, motor graders, dump trucks, drilling equipment and/or heavy duty trucks.
OR One year of experience at a lower level Heavy Equipment Operator 1 (TRT010) or position equivalent

AGENCY SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
An extensive knowledge of maintenance activities or two years of experience in the operation of various motorized equipment associated with the construction and maintenance.
Successfully completed TIMS Level 1 and 2.
Demonstrated ability to serve as the primary Equipment Operator in performing Maintenance activities and preventative maintenance on specialty equipment assigned to crew such as road graders, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, asphalt pavers, lowboys, etc.
Demonstrated ability to operate power and hand tools.
Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B minimum).

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the M2 Bradley Fighting Vehicle, to include performing the BEFORE, DURING and AFTER operations PMCS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for all activities associated with running a Flexo or Rotary Die Cutter including: setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations.
Sets up and runs the Load Former, feeding the machine
Reviews job tickets, print cards, and quality inspection paperwork with machine Captain
Sets up and operates the pre-feeder.
Reads job order and mounts specified rubber print plate and printing dies on cylinder.
Installs cylinder on shaft, and secures assembly in bed of press.
Fills dye fonts with prescribed inks or dyes.
Moves levers to engage dye rolls, adjusting position of cylinder to print two or more colors without overlapping or smearing previously printed area.
Starts press, adjusting speed, tension, and alignment of printing plate as necessary.
Cuts sample of printed material from end of printed roll and inspects for imperfections, such as blurred or off-center impressions.
Cleans rubber plate, cylinder, and dye fonts, using solvent, and lubricates press as needed, using grease gun.
May mix inks or dyes to produce desired colors.
Sets up rails, print, and die cut section on machinery accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.
Inspects all dies before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
Ensures all bolts for cutting dies are in place and tightly secured.
Monitor box quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, and print.
Checks anilox rolls for damage.
Maximizes the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
Cross trains and assist Helpers, Stackers, and Bundlers with job duties on the machine.
Cross-train on other machines.
Completes necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data,
Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data. Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs.
Must be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
Switches duties with stacker as necessary.
Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
Adheres to production schedule. Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals.
Reports any issues to Supervisor.

Water Resources Operator I/Ii - Water Reclamation
Description/Duties
The current recruitment will be used to fill 2 vacancies at either the Operator I or Operator II level for the Water Reclamation Plant assignment. Offering salary may be made above the minimum of the posted salary range for this position depending upon qualifications and experience. Employees may progress through the full salary range, subject to their successful performance and annual budget approval.

Water Resources Operator I ($40,446.16 – $57,075.20 annually)
A Water Resources Operator I is a one-year assignment where incumbents function as trainees and are responsible for learning how to operate and maintain the City of Mesa's water reclamation plants during an assigned shift. During this one-year assignment the incumbent must meet requirements and expectations outlined in the criteria-based promotion document.
In addition, the incumbent must complete these requirements and proceed to the Water Resources Operator II classification within the one-year time frame. Incumbents in this class will work only on a shift where an experienced Operator is present. As experience is gained and skill level increases, the intensity of supervision will gradually decrease.
An employee in this class is expected to use appropriate safety equipment, and follow safety procedures in performing assignments. This class performs related duties as required.
An employee in this class is exposed to such job hazards as toxic chemicals, methane gas, chlorine gas, ozone, hydrogen sulfide, raw sewage, sludge, and adverse weather conditions. During the training process, this employee will learn to perform all of the job duties as required.
This class is distinguished from the Water Resources Operator II class by working on a shift where an experienced operator is present, while the latter works on a shift independently. Employees in this class may be required to work rotating shifts. The Water Resources Operator I receives close-to-general supervision from the Water Resources Plant Supervisor, who reviews the employee's work in progress through meetings and by the evaluation of results achieved.
Employees in this class must progress to the Water Resources Operator II class by a noncompetitive, criteria-based promotion within one year of hire and must obtain the required certification and successfully complete required coursework and on-the-job training. This class is FLSA nonexempt.
Water Resources Operator II ($46,813.61 – $66,081.60 annually)
A Water Resources Operator II is responsible for managing the complex daily operations and maintenance of City of Mesa's water reclamation plants with oversight by the Water Resources Plant Supervisor. Employees at this level receive occasional supervision, instruction, and assistance as new or unusual situations arise, and must be capable of independent, well-informed, technically correct decisions.
Duties include: analyzing trends and data; monitoring equipment and processes through all available means to include gauges, meters, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) inputs; documenting and reviewing ongoing plant process operations and maintenance issues; optimizing day to day processes; economic utilization of materials and equipment; collecting and analyzing process samples using laboratory procedures; demonstrating thorough and complete documentation; and systematic reviewing of all process procedures and anomalies. Computer data entry and organization of information is essential. Assist in the formulation and implementation of procedural objectives and programs.
Operators in this class frequently participate in training activities both as a student and a teacher. Employees may progress from the Water Resources Operator I to the Water Resources Operator II level by noncompetitive promotion after meeting the Criteria Based Promotion requirements, on-the-job training requirements, and obtaining the required certifications. An employee in this class is required to use appropriate safety equipment, and to follow strict safety procedures in performing assignments. This class performs related duties as required.
A Water Resources Operator II works rotating shifts (by assignment) and may be required to work at different plant locations. This position assumes responsibility of operations while on assigned shift, weekends, or holidays.
Employees are subject to stand-by, or emergency call-out during off-duty hours. This class works under the supervision of a Water Resources Plant Supervisor. This position provides leadership, mentorship, and training to other operational staff, and may serve in a lead capacity for operations in the absence of the Supervisor.
Responsible for prioritizing activities between the different treatment facilities and systems in order to maintain proper facility operation. Employees are exposed to job hazards including: toxic chemicals, methane gas, chlorine gas, ozone, hydrogen sulfide, raw sewage, sludge, and adverse weather conditions. This class is FLSA nonexempt.

Minimum Qualifications Required. Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to two years of experience in a wastewater treatment plant, wastewater collection systems, or a closely related operation. Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree in a related field may be substituted for one and one-half years of the experience.
Special Requirements. Must possess a valid Arizona Driver's License by hire date.
Must meet the physical standards and requirements for the wearing of a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) respiratory protection equipment. Must meet the qualifications to wear a tight fitting respirator by passing a medical evaluation in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1910.134 by hire or promotion date and must maintain certification.
Must obtain a 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HazWoper) Certification as per the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and must attend an eight-hour refresher course annually to maintain certification.
Must possess a Grade II (or higher) Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator certification from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) or equivalent certification from another state through reciprocity with Arizona by application date. Certification through reciprocity must be obtained within 3 months of hire or promotion. Incumbents must obtain a Grade III Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Certification from the ADEQ within one year of hire or promotion. Shall be responsible for acquiring a minimum of 30 PDH's every three years and maintain ADEQ Certification.
Substance Abuse Testing. Due to the safety and/or security sensitive nature of this classification, individuals shall be subject to pre-employment or pre-placement alcohol, drug and/or controlled substance testing as outlined in City policy and procedures.
Preferred/Desirable Qualifications. Graduation from high school or GED preferred.

Lamination Operator - 2Nd Shift
Broad Function: Laminator lays-up I/L cores with pre-preg and copper foil.
Utilizing heat and pressure the booked I/L cores are pressed to form a panel. Under close to minimum supervision, depending on assigned job level and skill capability, the Laminator by applying one or more lamination skills will be able to process panels through the lamination operation per the designated Manufacturing Process Procedures. Lamination skills are: flash route, breakdown, lay up, material preparation, and lamination press.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Material Prep: The material prep process is preparing all materials to be used in the lay-up process.
Process panels per Lamination MPP:
Monitor humidity in material prep room.
Verify requirements of incoming materials to package label.
- (Vendor, correct material, lot number, proper marking, thickness, size)
Monitor accuracy of materials inventory.
Monitor usage of material by shelf life.
Cut Prepreg, caps, copper foil, and tedlar as required.
Drill lay up holes as necessary.
Lay-up: Lay-up is the process of layering ("booking") the detail with the prepreg and the copper foil to create a book that will be placed in the lamination press.
Process panels per Lamination MPP:
Verify that all necessary materials are available prior to start of job lay-up.
Lay-up panels per lay-up sheet and traveler.
Verify bake cycle of details prior to lay-up.
Clean caul plates with Time Saver.
Monitor to insure uniform and constant flow of work through area.
Verify humidity of lay-up room.
Measure thickness of finished panels.
Breakdown: The breakdown process is the final step after lamination to clean and prepare the panel for the next process.
De-pin and breakdown books.
Clean resin from tooling holes, move to flash route for route after lamination.
Measure panel thickness using micrometer.
Brush panels for particles.
Lamination Press: In the pressing stage the books are placed into the lamination press and subjected to extreme heat and pressure.
When subjected to heat and pressure in the lamination cycle the resin in the prepreg softens, flows, and becomes an adhesive. When cooled, bonding of the copper foil, details, and prepreg form a panel.
Process panels per Multilayer Lamination MPP:
Verify press calibration.
Verify proper vacuum pressure of press.
Assure proper placement of books in press.
Verify temperature and cycle time per traveler.
Monitor to insure uniform and consistent flow of work through presses.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Able to understand and follow daily work direction and process instructions from supervisor or other qualified person in English.
Ability to understand and follow posted procedures.
Ability to understand and follow all safety codes.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English, including basic reading and writing.
Attention to directions and ability to focus on details
Physical/Mental Demands:
Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds and carry materials.
Must be able to stand for 8-10 hour shift.
Required Work Experience: 0-2 Years Relevant Experience
Previous PCB experience preferred. Previous PCB lamination experience highly desired.
Must be eligible to work on defense and satellite programs subject to ITAR Regulations. Therefore, candidates must be a U.S.
Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident ('Green Card').
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation.

External Description:
We are currently seeking a Work Over Rig Operator for our Rigs Services Location.
This position is responsible for the operation of the rig, crew and equipment and for ensuring customer satisfaction with all services rendered. Incumbent ensures that all crew are at the rig and ready to work at scheduled time, and maintains productivity standards for all rig functions.
Job Functions/Duties:
Ensures all crew members are at the rig and prepared to work at scheduled time.
Operates the assigned rig and equipment in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions as requested or designated by the customers.
Maintains regular contact and communication with customers to resolve concerns, issues and complaints.
Ensures that quality products and services are provided to the customers including maintaining productivity standards for all rig functions, following safety procedures for a safe working environment for all rig employees, and adhering to all applicable governmental regulations for compliance.
Ensures efficient maintenance of assigned rig and equipment.
Establishes and maintains a positive and safe work environment for the assigned rig crew, including training and coaching them in carrying out their assigned duties on the rig.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualification/Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have rig operation experience and be able to demonstrate full competency in rigging up/rigging down and well servicing operations. Minimum two or more years experience in rig and well servicing operations.
Knowledge and experience in oilfield well servicing is required.
Valid commercial driving license and must meet all qualifications defined in Motor Vehicle Policy.
Ability to effectively communicate with people within and outside of the company.
Ability to lead or provide guidance to crew members to work safely and efficiently.
Multi-tasking and basic problem solving skills required; organizational skills preferred

Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.
Receiving/Put-Away: Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.
Quality: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
Order Picking: Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards
Loading: efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars or trailers.
Inventory: Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.
Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
