Document Bills of Material and Manufacturing Process for new and modified products using process flow documentation and standards provided. Review new items (NIR’s) and determine best cost process for plant to manufacture. Review designs for manufacturability, work with design and marketing as needed to implement changes.
Design and implement fixturing and/or processes for manufacturing of new products.
Responsible for the successful completion of projects with clearly defined goals and scope, working closely with engineers for guidance and assistance.
Develop procedures and work aids as required for IE Processing and DPR reporting under supervision of IE.
Routine maintenance of database, for use in capacity and space planning using prescribed methods and guidelines. Routine maintenance of master plant layouts using sketches/information provided of IE’s. Routine maintenance of equipment lists and machine files.
Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments.

The Engineering Technician - Industrial Refrigeration is the subject matter expert responsible for maintaining and performing independent troubleshooting of refrigeration equipment, freeze drying equipment, HVAC systems, cooling towers and evaporative condensers.
