EVALUATIONS: ### Qualifications Ability to operate electrically-controlled pumps for dispensing gasoline: to remove and install wiper blades, light bulbs, and similar items; to check air pressure in tires and inflate to correct pressure; to charge batteries and add distilled water or battery acid as necessary; to take daily meter readings of pumps and “dip-stick” readings of gasoline storage tanks; and to check for presence of water in storage tanks. We are seeking an Industrial Equipment and Fleet Mechanic with diesel, gas & propane experience to join our team! Maintains and repairs all types of equipment used in the fields of construction and heavy lifting industry. This position requires the ability to diagnoses, repair and replacement of all components common to a variety of construction equipment, including hydraulic and engine systems, performing preventive maintenance to fleet, equipment and tools inspections incoming and outgoing to our construction sites.

Must have experience with aerospace castings cored IGT products.
Utilizes process knowledge, basic engineering principles, previous experience, and creativity as necessary to develop processes that result in the production of quality castings that conform to customer specifications and time tables.
Develop raw material specifications for vendor certification. Establish in-house quality testing criteria and capabilities, as necessary, to certify all incoming ceramic materials for production consumption.
Develop the SPC methodologies necessary for process control monitoring of assigned production areas and processes, such as injection molding, firing and dimensional control.
Develop and maintain blending techniques to target specific particle size distributions for control of material properties such as material rheology, shrinkage factor, material strength and stability.
Participate in plant initiatives to support the reduction of scrap, rework and overall casting cost. Initiatives include but not limited to daily scrap reviews, development of SPC for significant process steps and participation in cost improvement teams.
Develop and maintain all procedures required to support actions listed above.
Interface with customer and supplier representatives to develop new products, participate in joint cost reduction initiatives, and support general customer program requirements.
Support the development of new technologies to support plant initiatives.
Direct the daily activities of technicians responsible for process control testing and production of feedstock used to manufacture ceramic cores and investment shell molds.
Contribute to the establishment of a World Class Investment Casting Manufacturing Operation focused on Employee Safety, Procedural Compliance, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S/OpEx.

Servicer prepares company vehicles for service including refueling and the monitoring/replenishment of other fluids. This position is required to operate vehicles on facility, on public streets as required and through bus washing equipment. Servicer is responsible to ensure vehicle is in proper running order and ready to be returned to active service each day. This position requires supervision.

- Fuel HRT vehicles with diesel fuel, diesel exhaust fluid, or gasoline as needed.

- Check engine oil, transmission fluid and coolant levels to ensure proper levels are maintained.

- Interact effectively, courteously, and professionally with operations department employees and other HRT employees regarding vehicle repairs and other shop business.
- Assume primary responsibility of assigned projects.
- Train other HRT employees in the safe and efficient performance of fleet maintenance and proper operation of required maintenance equipment.
- Perform all required written, computerized and other documentation as directed.
- Report inoperable equipment, equipment abuse or component tampering to the supervisor.
- Be involved in the daily operation of the shop/service line and be able to fill in during the absence of the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with HRT/OSHA standards.
- Safely uses all power and hand held equipment.
- Maintain awareness and compliance with all current HRT, local, state, and federal regulations, such as regulations governing the handling and disposal of hazardous waste and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
HRT Environmental Management System (EMS):
- Responsible for maintaining a general awareness of HRT's EMS.
- Handle all related job responsibilities in accordance to HRT's Environmental Policy, relevant EMS Standard Operating Procedures, and Emergency Management Plan.
Training and/or Education:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Licenses or Certificates:
Must have CDL Class B license and/or CDL permit and the ability to acquire within sixty (60) days of employment a valid Virginia CDL Class B license with air brake and passenger endorsements. At a minimum must possess a valid CDL learners permit at the time of application or board sign up.
- Ability to pass DOT physical examination.

Consumer Loan Servicer
We are currently seeking a conscientious, process-oriented individual to play an integral part of our consumer lending team. The Consumer Loan Servicer is responsible for ensuring that servicing is handled in an efficient and timely manner by performing daily loan servicing activities for consumer products.
More specifically, the Consumer Loan Servicer will:
· Organize and review loan packet to ensure that it contains the necessary documents related to product type and purpose. Review loan files to ensure documents within the file meet regulatory requirements
· Perform maintenance and research requests from members on consumer loans. Resolve loan/payment questions and concerns
· Ensure proper release of all collateral loan information for all paid off loans
· Ensure the credit union’s lien is perfected by title and insurance on all collateral loans
· Process other Loan Servicing requests to include loan coupons, change payment method or due date, paid loan letters, loan protection questions, payoff inquiries, late fee refund requests, payment adjustments, and interest only payments as requested
· Performs other duties as assigned by the VP of Consumer Lending and the SVP of Lending

Description BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY Provides line services in support of scheduled flight operations. These services include inspection, servicing, cleaning, launching and recovery of aircraft.
Will be required to operate self propelled ground equipment during daily routine. Services are primarily performed outside. Must complete training program and be certified in writing as a plane captain.
Required to re-qualify annually. May be required to handle hazardous materials in performance of assigned duties. Limited use of hand tools which normally include screwdrivers, flashlights and tools necessary to assist with engine rinses and aircraft washes.
Must display a good working knowledge of assigned aircraft and servicing requirements. Must display a good working knowledge of inspection requirements and Company instructions. Must complete a Government approved Plane Captain Certification Program for type aircraft.
Must be able to read, speak, write legibly and understand the English language. Must have a valid state operators’ license and be able to pass Government licensing requirements. Must be customer oriented.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES Launch and recover aircraft in accordance with specific guidelines during day and night hours. Perform aircraft inspections in accordance with published criteria. Perform fueling operations using gravity fill and closed circuit refueling methods.
Service engine oil and hydraulic systems as required. Act as a member of an aircraft moving crew when directed. Perform aircraft washing and lubrication when assigned.
Act as a member of the engine rinse team when directed. Be familiar with and operate portable fire fighting equipment. Use provided safety equipment when working with hazardous materials.
Maintain cleanliness of the work center and around your assigned work area. Responsible for adhering to all applicable Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention rules and regulations. Responsible for the adhering to the Company Tool Control Program.
Must comply with established General and Industrial Safety Rules and Regulations as applicable to the contract, facilities and job assignment. Maintain appropriate records of all work accomplished. May be required to perform off-site service on assigned detachments.
May be required to perform simple computer input functions. Pursuant to the specific provisions of the CBA, at the discretion of management, may be requested to perform the duties of Lead. When assigned to outlying fields:
Maintain a communications link with line supervisory personnel and the on-site crash crew.
May be required to remove and reinstall aircraft doors for specific outlying field operations.
Provide gravity and hot fueling services at outlying fields when assigned.
Assist when directed to ensure safety, security and preservation of Government owned and Company owned equipment. Perform other reasonably related incidental duties when directed within the job classification.
Qualifications QUALIFICATION STANDARDS ● Must have High School diploma or GED. ● Preferred, One (1) year aircraft experience and completion of Aviation School or one (1) year experience with OJT certification on selected tasks. ● Must have basic mechanical aptitude. ● Must be able to pass comprehensive testing, demonstrate practical knowledge after training and successfully complete examination by the Plane Captain Board to become a qualified Plane Captain within 120 days. ● Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
