Primary responsibilities include:
Lead projects to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing and materials handling flows
Lead ergonomic improvement projects to help better protect other employees
Support continuous improvement for the manufacturing processes and driving improvements to implementation
Serve as skilled expert in application of critical problem-solving tools such as RCA, Fishbone, IPO diagrams, FMEA, DOE etc.
In this role you will
Learn processes and products that drive the Danbury factory from cross functional team including manufacturing, R&D, and Quality.
Utilize tools such as time studies, spaghetti diagrams, etc. to drive improvement in manufacturing and other processes
Implement 5S procedures, organizational fixtures, and training across the factory

Loan Servicer - In Office
- Ensures that all closed loans are in compliance with federal, state laws and meet company policies and Investor guidelines.
- Reviews all closed loans for accuracy and completeness ensuring that all conditions have been met and the loans meet the company standard for quality.
- Handles and assists with the clearing of Investor's requirements and requests; prevents and/ or resolves issues as they arise.
- Verifies that all stipulations requested are valid and met to ensure that loans are saleable/purchased.
- Requests and follows up daily with Underwriters/Closers on all outstanding conditions for loans in a “Suspense “status.
- Monitors “Aging Report” from warehouse lender(s) to ensure that loans do not exceed the 15 day threshold set by the company.
- Updates and distributes the “Status Report” to Senior Management daily.
- Keeps Senior Management abreast of any and all Investor related issues.
- Corresponds with escrow agents/title companies to obtain outstanding documents not returned in a timely manner.
- Works independently and prioritizes multiple projects while meeting pre-established deadlines.
- Assists with other aspects of the Closing/Post Closing process on an as-needed basis.
- Monitors all assigned loans.
- Coordinate with the Broker, Escrow Officer/Closing Agent, and Title Officer to request and ensure receipt of all items required to fund a file.
- Input of property loan information in the loan monitoring system as information is gathered.
- Coordinate with the Broker Escrow Officer/Closing Agent and Title Officer to work through issues that may slow/stop a loan from closing.
- Prepare and ensure all loan documents are complete, accurate, verified and compliant with TCP policies.
- Coordinate with the Underwriting Department in the event loan terms have changed during the closing process.
- Monitor the loan file through funding and receipt of original loan documents.
- Meet crucial deadlines requested.
- Works with vendors to collect required documentation for files for closing.
- Coordinates between the title and closing attorney for the collection of required documentation.
- Engage an attorney to prepare legal loan documents.
- Works with Title Company to coordinate title work and manage closings for real estate loans.
- Requests adjustments to documents and settlement statements and engage the appropriate parties when needed.
- Follows up on Insurance information and verifies it is paid at or before closing.
- Communicates with insurance agents for appropriate endorsements and proof of payment as required by TCP.
- Coordinates and performs loan closings of small loans in the branch.
- Enters and updates information into pipeline, updates information accurate and timely.
- Communicate with loan operations, title companies, escrow, closing agents and/or borrowers/3rd parties to resolve issues prior to closing.
- Scans documentation as needed into the Loan Operations System (LOS).
- Cross train on other post-closing functions as needed.
- Review all loan documents for completeness and accuracy prior to sending to underwriting manager including the closing checklist.

Installs, services, and maintains water meters to ensure they provide accurate readings and allow for proper billing. May read meters if department is behind schedule.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Ability to operate a motor vehicle, office equipment, and mechanical equipment; Work requires light to heavy carrying and lifting (under 15 pounds up to 45 pounds and over), straight pulling, pulling hand over hand, simple grasping, dual simultaneous grasping, repeated bending, sitting, standing, pushing, crouching, crawling, twisting, kneeling, stooping, climbing stairs and ladders, walking, and reaching above shoulders. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installs, repairs, and replaces water meters, connects services to new residences, disconnects services on past due accounts, and reconnects once payment is made.
Reads meters for locations not coming in or set-up thru AMI or AMR.
Locates services that are covered for various reasons.
Maintains utility equipment by performing routine maintenance and repairs.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Completes daily work orders; repairs any leaks in the meter box and dips or pumps water out of the meter boxes; replaces curb stops and coupling; digs meter boxes and raises them up if the box has settled.
Carries out the City's Customer Service Plan.
Assists in maintaining good communication between staff, visitors and other business contacts.
Must follow all rules of telephone courtesy in all telephone communications.
Will be required to drive a City vehicle for City business use.
Performs other duties as assigned.

This announcement may be used for any of the 3 job levels indicated. Oil and Gas Inspector requires 1-2 years oil and gas experience.
Performs technical and field inspection work in the oil and gas program to determine compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits and best management practices within an assigned region of the state. Authority is given to follow-up violations with initiation of civil or administrative proceedings or criminal prosecution, including swearing out warrants, or taking other action provided by law to effect prosecution, in compliance with established procedures. Work requires a knowledge of the permitting process and regulations related to oil and gas drilling operations.
Work requires travel and outside work in varying weather conditions and over difficult terrain. Subject to emergency response, being on-call and temporary assignment to a different geographical area of the state as necessitated by environmental conditions and agency needs. This job requires a written examination and an oral examination. Applicants selected for the oral exam will be notified based on written test performance and the total number of available applicants. Not all applicants will be selected for oral examining.
Written Exams are given in several locations and no appointment is necessary. You MUST apply online PRIOR to testing. (See below to download study files.) Your application will not be reviewed prior to testing.
For test schedules, and locations refer to the city listing below. You do not have to take a copy of the online application to the test center.
Online applicants who do not test within 90 days of application will be rejected. There is a 30 day re-test waiting period. Caution: Any time you re-take the same test your new score, whether higher or lower, will automatically replace any previous test scores.
You may bring and use a basic, non-programmable, calculator during the test. Cell phones are not permitted. Calculators are NOT provided.
If you have previously applied and want to update your name, address or email, do not re-apply. Simply login to your online account and click "My Account". Make changes and Save. If you must change/add work preferences, county availability, work history, or training, send us a letter and we will update your record.
To qualify, you MUST meet one of these alternate requirements regardless of your testing performance. Applicants who test without meeting minimum requirments will NOT be scored.
Note: No specific amount of education is required.
Required experience in the oil and gas industry shall include technical experience in well design, drilling, completion, production, plugging, underground storage operations, well safety, well construction, well drilling environmental compliance, oil and gas technical work, or other related work. Oil and Gas compliance or inspection experience in a government agency may be considered. Note: Other types of non-drilling related experience such as oil and gas distribution or retail operations does not qualify.
Oil and Gas Inspector jobs require one of the following:
TWO years of actual relevant experience in the oil and gas industry as described above.
OR, A related bachelor's degree in a natural, physical, biological, or applied science, or in engineering PLUS ONE year relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
OR, A petroleum technology associate's degree PLUS ONE year relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
OR, One year of actual and relevant environmental experience in wastewater, solid waste or reclamation PLUS ONE year actual and relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
Must be eligible for license to operate a motor vehicle. Must have good theoretical and practical knowledge of oil and gas drilling and production methods, practices and techniques, sound safety practices and applicable water and mining laws.
Oil and Gas Inspector Specialist positions require four years experience in oil and gas (industry or inspection). Two years of which must have been in the oil and gas industry. Degrees as described above may substitute for one year of the oil and gas industry experience. (The same testing procedures apply.)
Oil and Gas Inspector Supervisor positions require five years experience in oil and gas (industry or inspection). Two years of which must have been in the oil and gas industry. Degrees as described above may substitute for one year of the oil and gas industry experience. (The same testing procedures apply.)
Employee must reside in West Virginia. You must officially reside in West Virginia at the time of appointment. (WV Code §22-6-2a)
You may attach your transcript or training records to the online application; however, verification is not required at time of application. If you do not meet the minimum requirements for Oil and Gas Inspector your test will not be scored.
