IIT RP Infantry SME - CA
Provides specific Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) related to small unit leadership training, and input into scenario designs to ensure key training and readiness events are included to train requirements decision making skills improving individual actions in combat simulated situations. Subject matter expertise in exercise design, scenario development, tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP), and training and readiness (T&R) events for use in a live, virtual and constructive training (LVC-TE). Provides supervision and support during the conduct of Infantry Immersion Training, assist unit assigned observer/controllers, and input for after actions reviews and identifying critical areas for remediation. Recommends immediate corrective actions during rehearsals. Ensures that the IIT facility and training systems are in good operating order through timely inspections and reporting for maintenance and upkeep.
Conduct all pre-event coordination with the training unit and ensure understanding of appropriate pre-requisite training, preparation and planning.
Conduct task linkage to develop the appropriate list of individual and collective tasks necessary to support the stated objectives, and work with scenario design personnel to create training support documents that incorporate the desired tasks into scripted actions.
Review and implement training standards for all listed tasks as well as tactical considerations for employment.
Observe actions and cue events in support of stated training objectives and METs.
Lead performance discussions with the unit commanders to help determine decision points and relevant criteria, as well as possible options to facilitate learning.
Provide performance assessment recommendations to the unit Chain of Command in support of unit assessments.
Provide recommendation based on experience, background and training in the areas of Combat experience in ground combat arms military occupational Specialty (MOS), Combat Hunter and/or Enhanced Combat Hunter Leaders Course.
Direct general support personnel to assist with gear, set and scenario preparation, sim-munition issue, and scenario role participation as needed.

Bachelor's Degree in Management, or other Business related field. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.

Jrtc LTP Infantry And/Or Armor Battalion Coaches
Works under the direction of the LTP Senior Brigade Coach. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in US Army operations at the maneuver battalion task force level (infantry or armor) with emphasis on developing sound tactical plans consistent with the Brigade Combat Team commander's orders and intent.
Acts as lead facilitator assisting US Army battalion task force commanders and their staffs in a 6 – 8 day guided staff planning exercise designed to refine the unit's internal planning procedures. Provides the battalion commander and staff with doctrinally-correct and timely "best practice" feedback throughout this period in order to improve unit planning, coordination, integration, and synchronization skills. Work is performed primarily in a classroom environment but, on occasion, may be performed in a tactical field environment.
Conducts reviews and provides comments on US Army and Joint doctrinal publications as directed. Must be able to work non-standard schedules based on mission requirements that include extended hours and/or weekends. Must be able to travel unassisted to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

This role is responsible for the leadership of SoFi's Mortgage businesses. POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Nurse Leader is a generalist prepared at the Master's degree level. The CNL role involves the holistic knowing of patients, enhanced communication among caregivers and lateral integration of care. The CNL should possess a specialized knowledge in care coordination and is accountable for the delivery of care and the care environment. In addition to a generalist preparation, the CNL shall possess enhanced clinical skills in a unit setting and is responsible for a group of patients in that setting. The CNL works collaboratively with staff, physicians, and other disciplines within the hospital to create a system of safe, quality health care in accordance to administrative policies, as well as hospital vision, mission and strategies. The CNL shall establish a strong partnership with this mix of staff to deliver optimal care ensuring safety and quality outcomes with 24 hour patient accountability for the care provided. The CNL shall abide by the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and comply with the NH Nurse Practice Act in the overall performance of his/her role. National CNL certification is required.
CNL POSTION SPECIFIC ELEMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. CLINICAL CARE: Performs and oversees the collection of holistic assessment and the development and implementation of a plan of patient care.

As a key leader in the Lean Organization in Rutland, the Lean Leader supports assigned Business units in Lean Transformation, driving ownership through the Operations team. The role of Lean Leader will lead, guide, and coach the Business through the Transformation. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge.
Additionally, as the Lean Leader, key responsibilities will include:
Coaches and guides Sr. Operations Leaders and business unit teams through Lean journey, providing ongoing teaching and coaching of lean principles, theories, practices and drives ownership and adoption through the Operations team
Actively participates in Business Lean Transformation, including:
Executive Leader Workshops
Utilize value stream mapping and analysis techniques to design optimal information, material, and production flow methods
Assist in the change of systems/processes as required in support of the Lean initiatives

and Gemba Walks
Provide Lean leadership and guidance for Operations business unit, as well as hourly Lean Team members
Provide coaching to hourly Team Leaders on Operations team
Should be flexible to provide support to the off-shift team as needed
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing, Operations and / or Management role

Unit Team Leader
Responsible for leadership and oversight for daily unit operations as designated by the Department Director. Responsible in absence of Director for unit operations. Participates in patient care activities both directly and indirectly as a resource to staff members. Delivers direct/indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process or designated scope of practice. Through data collection and assessment identifies and prioritizes patients' problems and needs. Develops/implements/evaluates a nursing plan of care (RN). Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality age specific care.
Specifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Licensure, Certification, Registration):
Graduate of an approved school of nursing, BSN required or enrolled within one year of hire
Current licensure as professional registered nurse in Missouri or licensure eligible required
Supervisory experience of one year or demonstrated leadership skills through committees, activities, or department participation which includes developing and monitoring goals and objectives required
Minimum three years experience in acute care nursing
Maintains basic life support validation
Successful implementation of nursing knowledge/process

Possesses strong communication, organizational and leadership skills

This individual will assist the production department in order to fulfill business unit objectives that are linked to factory/manufacturing goals and strategy through continuous process improvements.
Specific accountabilities include:
Lead and assist Natural Work Teams in their development to self-managed in order to fulfill business unit objectives that are linked to factory/manufacturing goals and strategies for continuous improvement
Leads Natural Work Teams in understanding and translating functional or business strategies into tactical implementation plans within the business unit
Develops and shares relevant information to support and focus problem solving and process improvement efforts to Natural Work Teams in line with key measures, business goals, and strategic initiatives.
Provide/perform required work process approval or authorization for critical processes within the business unit
Provide training coaching on and development of problem solving/continuous improvement skills to enhance capability of Natural Work Team members.
Coordinates production and planned activities of business unit with team members and support resources to meet established schedules and assure effective execution of work processes
Develops, analyzes, and monitors, key actionable measures with team members to link business unit performance to factory/manufacturing wide objectives or strategies
Seeks coaching opportunities with teams/individuals for performance improvement and administers reward, recognition , and consequences when appropriate.
Work directly with teams to standardize the scheduling, design, and execution of work processes and their ongoing monitoring/improvement.
Manages resources and staffing levels within the business unit to meet production, compliance, team, and project requirements to achieve objectives or goals.
