Background Support the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), 30th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Fort Sill, OK with training/instruction for Soldiers, Officers and Warrant Officers. Types of spectrum of training include classroom, hands-on, simulation/virtual, field environment and exercises, combat scenario driven, and live fire in a realistic and safe environment. Training requirements are for resident and non-resident training courses and in support of Mobile Training Teams (MTTs). Conduct of instruction is in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems.
Job Duties Duties will include:
Instruct on the technical aspects of the equipment and facilities required to conduct 14P/S AMD Crewmember training, to include the task lists for the operation and maintenance of MOS specific equipment.
Evaluate students’ duty performance and certify their competence of the skills instructed within the course utilizing prescribed evaluation methods and performing analysis of training effectiveness.
Review and recommend acceptance or revisions of a variety of publications pertaining to 14P/S Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Crewmember Training.

Description:Job Summary The Defense and Intelligence group at Leidos has a contingent opening for a Senior Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) Analyst to work at a customer location on MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the National Ground Intelligence Center IED Branch to conduct Regional Threat Characterizations.
The NGIC Improvised Explosive Device (IED) Branch mission focuses on global IED threats, emphasizing locations of U.S. Forces currently deployed and are likely to be involved in the next five (5) years and other areas of national interest. As new technologies are developed, so are new triggering devices and techniques.
Because the level of technology varies in developing countries, the creation of the country studies will include specific threats for each target country. Primary Responsibilities Conduct Intelligence Analysis and develop regional threat characterizations (RTC) of the IED threat and the organizations that use them. Provide independent, in-depth research and analysis and produce detailed, logical and defensible S&TI intelligence assessments in full conformance with applicable Intelligence Community Directives, specifically ICD 203 and 206 Analytic Integrity Standards.
Basic Qualifications The Senior WTI Analyst (FT MacDill, AFB) must have minimum of eight years relevant experience as a DoD or military intelligence analyst, with at least five of those years as an IED/RCIED WTI analyst. Experience in, or working with, the SOF community is preferred.
Contractor must have a strong in-depth knowledge, and subject matter expertise in the technical evaluation and assessment in the construction of RCIEDs, technologies, and their associated TTPs. Contractor must demonstrate ability to perform detailed, targeted all-source intelligence research and analysis and produce logical and defensible intelligence assessments that conform with applicable Intelligence Community Directives, specifically ICD 203 and 206 Analytic Integrity Standards. Conduct standoff munition mission planning and integration in accordance with SMAC processes and USAF/USN/USMC/USA tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for approximately ten (10) exercises/ experiments/ studies/tests per year.
Assist in the development and conduct planning and integration of future standoff munition weapon systems.
Develop, maintain, and coordinate SMAC ISR systems downtime and upgrades and timelines, establishing and coordinating priorities as appropriate.
Participate in DT&E and OT&E as standoff munition mission planning system and application SME. This opportunity is contingent on contract award to STS. Required Experience Qualified candidates will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Engineering, or Computer Information Systems related degree required or equivalent related military work experience (United States Army [USA] or United States Marine Corp [USMC]).
At least one year of specialized experience, including expert knowledge of JASSM, JASSM-ER, MALD, and MALD-J operation, testing, training principles, concepts, directives, practices, tactics, and techniques.
Participation in AOC and combatant command exercises or operations. Real world contingency experience is highly desired.
Experience supporting AOC operations within classified environments to include SIPRNet and JWICS.
Demonstrated proficiency using unclassified Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and classified SIPRNet network enterprise environments.

Typical problems addressed are beyond normal day-to-day route processes and procedures.
Demonstrated expert knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment and improvement of DoD Joint Air-to- Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM), Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile Extended Range (JASSM-ER), Miniature Air Launched Decoy (MALD), and Miniature Air Launched Decoy Jammer (MALD-J) operations.
Knowledge of overall performance factors for JASSM, JASSM-ER, MALD, and MALD-J.
Ability to plan, organize, and negotiate effectively with senior analysts and management to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures.
Ability to plan, organize and teach cruise missile and decoy mission planning, employment practices, and mission planning software to new JASSM/MALD planners. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiating complex issues
