We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to work in the Purchased Component Failure and Analysis section of our Science and Engineering Laboratory - Analytical (SEL-A). This engineer will provide testing and analysis of various mechanical and electronic components using a variety of sophisticated analytical techniques. The engineer should be able to leverage experience to help identify and develop new types of testing as needed.
Summary of Duties:
Requires the ability to work independently at a high level, as well as on teams, to complete special projects, perform testing:
1.Support failure analysis for both active and passive electronic components.
2.Serve as lead to expand analytical capabilities within the Purchased Component Failure Analysis area.
3.Conduct tests utilizing advanced techniques, including Light Emission, Backside Laser Scanning, and Micro-CT. Expand knowledge and expertise within these current capabilities.
4.Work with other purchased component engineers to design and develop new testing techniques.
5.Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HS&E requirements to ensure protection of associates, the public, and the environment.

Position Summary and Responsibilities
Essential Duties of the Position:
As a senior mixed-signal circuit design engineer the engineer will be responsible for the following. Own complex circuit blocks that are part of Read Out Integrated Circuits (ROIC), which include high performance ADC's, multi-gigabit serializers, switched capacitor circuits, and low noise amplifiers. As part of the ownership, the engineer will translate ROIC specifications into design solutions for the specific application, demonstrate requirements are met through design and analysis, deliver circuit design and layout, commit to and meet project schedules. The engineer is expected to work as part of a design team sometimes as a team lead and at other times as team member. General duties will include performing circuit design, circuit simulation, physical design, layout extraction, circuit verification, preparation for and conduct design reviews.
Strong technical background in electrical engineering with experience in CMOS integrated circuits

Education and Experience
Overall 8+ years of experience with atleast 6-8 years of relevant functional configuration experience with specialization in SCM, MM, SD processes esp. planning processes
Strong Knowledge of SAP IBP, SCM 7.0 and APO (DP/SNP/GATP/PPDS)
SCM APO Integration with various logistic modules and their E2E data flow.
Knowledge on implementation & support of SAP APO.
SAP Manufacturing Process & Configuration overview
Strong experience in IT application support
Strong experience in managing global teams
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, engineering or related field.
Management degree from a Top Tier MBA institute will be an advantage
Extensive knowledge of enterprise applications and the supported business processes
Ability learn and upskill on new technologies, processes and applications
Experience working with Vendors, product roadmaps and support lifecycles
Understanding of ITIL processes
Detailed understanding of Overall Supply Chain processes and Planning Concept
