Picture Station Specialist (Product Photographer)
The Picture Station Specialist (PSS) is responsible for flawlessly executing the Picture Station process from end-to-end and ensure 100% execution. The PSS is responsible for but not limited to implementation, inspection and full ownership of all related steps in the picture station execution. The PSS will photo, inspect picture quality and be responsible for all attributes of uploading to the required website. The PSS will maintain the picture station area to include the daily maintenance and upkeep. Securing, allocation and protecting all camera equipment to include the printers are the responsibility of the PSS. All supplies to support the functionality of the process to include forecasting supply needs by month will also be a critical responsibility of the PSS. The PSS must establish and have a positive working relationship and consistent communication with all internal & external partners.
Job Responsibilities to Include:
Expert in the Picture Station process from end-to-end and ensure 100% execution
Inspects and notates cosmetic damage
Assesses and grades product to include "Manager Special"
Takes photographs of each out of carton item as required in the SOP
Ensures that all required paperwork is attached to the to the product per the SOP
Keeps process fluid to avoid productivity reduction or back-ups
Responsible for movement of product to support the "Picture Station" process
Responsible for securing, maintaining and operating all Picture Station equipment
Reviews pictures and audits for picture quality
Works with GM to provide feedback when requested for process improvement
Cleans and maintains Picture Station area to include equipment
Responsible for working with IT on any system issues our picture transfer issues
Performs other duties as assigned

Overview and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for participating in the management of completing of statutory audit related tasks and performing monthly and quarterly close reporting and other related activities for the Motion Picture Group.
Perform statutory account related activities including managing Audit and Statutory Deliverables, reviewing audit deliverables, perform management and administrative duties

GENERAL FUNCTION:
The duties of the Inspector consist of those jobs necessary, but not limited to, the operation, maintenance, repair, construction, and locating of water distribution facilities. These duties include all work, in compliance with Company and regulatory requirements, associated with the service of distribution piping, hydrants, valves, customer services, and all other components related to a distribution system. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Responsible for Pennsylvania One Call locates as well as locates on DSIC projects.
Must be available and on-call for distribution department overtime.
Responsible for first responder in emergency situations. If unavailable must make prior arrangements.
Operates and maintains water distribution system facilities including, but not limited to, performance of all tasks associated with such facilities.
Utilizes company technology to ensure assigned work is captured within work order management applications. Uses tablet/computer to receive and process work orders and email.

Reads and interprets maps, drawings and schematics to include GIS data. Noting and reporting unusual conditions in the distribution system.

Metal Coaters® cleans, pre-treats and roll applies organic coatings in a continuous process on hot-dipped galvanized, Galvalume®, cold-rolled, electro-galvanized and aluminum coil. Pre-painted steel and aluminum coil is used in a wide variety of construction applications such as pre-engineered wall and roof panels, architectural building panels, agricultural wall and roof panels, garage and entry doors, door frames and commercial or manufactured goods such as acoustical ceiling grid, light fixtures, closet hardware, consumer electronics, office furniture and appliances. Summary:
The primary function of the Strip Inspector is to visually inspect and record the quality of the finished product at exit end of production line.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Visually inspect the coil from stitch to stitch for coater and/or mill defects of any type, such as starve outs, blisters, paint skips, edge waves, buckles, rust, etc.
At the start of each shop order, the inspector will walk to vertical inspection area to inspect the strip for defects.
Carefully check the 36" x width sample from each coil for any visually apparent defects at the start of each coil.
Inspector to follow stencil Instruction on Shop Order and insure stencil coincides with the instruction.
At all times when touching the strip you must always be facing the direction the strip is coming.
If a defect is identified, notify Team Leader, QC Technician and/or Coater Operator, depending on the nature of the defect.
Determine when roll changes are necessary to maintain quality of strip.
Inspector to clean stencil unit a minimum of once per shift or as needed (cleaning instructions located at unit).
Record and document the condition of every coil produced during the shift on the
proper paperwork and data entry including location on strip and in coil,
severity and length of defects.
Obtain mill claim samples as needed; painted and bare if possible, pictures are acceptable.
On coater fault rejects save samples as needed.
Assist in prime coater clean ups, set ups and roll changes when necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Help train other Strip Inspector personnel when required.
The completed Visual Inspection Report (MCG 195) should be added to the QC Packet of the work order when the orders are completed.
Assist QC Tech as needed with lab functions
Responsible for understanding and complying with the fundamental principles associated with the Quality and Environmental Managements systems in place at Metal Coaters
Responsible for communicating daily with all levels of employees in order to assist in resolving problems and achieving company goals
When and where applicable the employee(s) holding this job position will be responsible for producing a quality product as pertaining to the appropriate Work Instructions (Standard Operating Procedures).

Job Profile and Objectives
The Inventory Planner will be responsible for managing the inventory and supply planning components. This includes ensuring sufficient inventory levels across the stores at all times, establishing and maintaining safety stock settings, executing timely inventory replenishment, and managing inventory-related exceptions or issues.

Overview
SAM, LLC is currently seeking a Construction Inspector I. The candidate will be involved with management and construction oversight associated with projects in South Carolina working directly with the SCDOT Project Manager. These projects include construction management associated with maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of existing projects for SCDOT and other local governmental agencies.
Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal applicant will have an understanding of construction manuals, standards and specifications, and general construction practices associated with SCDOT projects. This position entails both field and office assignments along with limited travel outside of the area.
Under the review and direction of Project Manager, perform field inspection and oversight of construction activities

Position Summary:
Inspector needed to perform and complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and related documentation (FAIRs). Candidate must be well-versed in performing FAI from creation to completion in accordance with AS9102. AS9102 proficiency is required. Reading/understanding drawings is required (GD&T). Proficiency in basic measurement tools (calipers, height gages, flat tables, etc.) required. CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine) experience strongly preferred. SAP experience preferred. NetInspect and DISCUS software experience is preferred. Inspector must also have excellent communication and teamwork skills and be able to thrive independently and/or as part of a team.

Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure conformance to all specifications

Position will assist the Lynchburg District Bridge Safety Inspection Program in both the office and field. Duties will include data input and maintenance of database systems for BrM, QA inspections, consultant negotiations, and ancillary structures for consultants, municipalities and/or VDOT, as well as the use of SharePoint for data sharing and transfer.

Knowledge of bridge maintenance and repair procedures, inspection methods, and common bridge types and components. Ability to diagnose causes of damage and deterioration to structures.

Valid driver's license and safety footwear required. Ability to work in diverse conditions to include working at heights, over and in water, and exposure to insects and animals, as well as working in confined spaces, close proximity to heavy traffic, and inclement weather.
Ability to perform heavy manual labor to include standing, bending, climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to complete First Aid, CPR, work zone safety and flagger certifications. Must be able to obtain a valid CDL and DOT medical card within 6 months of employment and maintain thereafter.
