Collect, label and ship microbiological samples.
Maintain a close working relationship with production personnel to provide a smooth, efficient production flow of quality products.
Ensures the cleanliness of production filling lines following GMP procedures.
Auditing production-filling lines for accuracy of fill weighs, lot number and proper paper work.
Perform calibration checks on scales on production lines.
When defect products or problems are found, line inspector will label and segregate the items that dont meet requirements and notify supervisor or other responsible parties.
Responsible for inspecting rework of discrepant products.

Good mathematical and communication skills. Its important that inspector should pay careful attention to detail and follow instructions well.
Good oral and written communicator.

Minimum Job Requirements:
High school degree or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Requires familiarity with appropriate desk instructions and process flows. Able to read and interpret part drawings, data specifications and test and inspection instructions.
Able to use hand measurement tools: caliper, micrometer and multi-meter. Able to use Windows based programs. Minimum math capabilities required are addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
Maintains inspection and test status of material as set forth by the QC manager. Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during workday. Able to bend, kneel and stand repeatedly during workday.

What you will do: Provide inspection support and quality oversight for production maintenance. Perform inspections of aircraft and components to determine airworthiness and conformity. The QA Inspector will perform routine auditing, equipment calibration, record keeping and overall verification that production areas follow cGMP and SOP requirements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Routinely monitor employees to endure that cGMP standards and internal SOPs are followed in all areas of the production and warehouse;
- Follow cGMP, food safety, Quality guidelines and processes as established in department SOPs;
- Employee practices (hygiene and prevention of cross contamination);
- Good documentation practices and record keeping;
- Assure that every aspect of batch record is reconciled (final product yield, label reconciliation, waste) and documented completely;
- Monitor temperature, humidity, scale operation and calibration;
