Assistant Professor of Painting and Drawing. Probationary appointment leading to a tenure decision. 1.0 FTE.
Service and committee work expected. The new faculty member will teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate level, advise MFA students and serve on their graduate committees, and contribute to the coordination of the Frederick Hammersley Visiting Artist Program. The new faculty member will compliment, enhance, and expand our painting and drawing research agenda and curriculum.

M.F.A. in Studio Art with emphasis in Painting and Drawing. Active exhibition record and new creative work in Painting and Drawing within the last three years. One year university-level teaching experience as instructor of record.
Conversant in contemporary issues of theory and aesthetics, especially as they relate to painting and drawing and an ability to teach related courses. Minimum of one year of University-level teaching experience of undergrads and grads. Collegiality. Responsible for management, safety, and oversight of all activities at Action Environmental project sites. Ensure that all tasks are completed safely and compliant with regulatory requirements and to the customer's standards. The Management Group (TMG) is seeking a full-time Painting Technician to work 80% on inside painting projects and 20% on outside projects for our Vancouver properties. As the Painting Technician working in our Maintenance Services Department, you will follow painting and drywall work orders traveling from one site to another in a company truck. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
