ZACHRY is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Helper Instrument Fitter for new construction work at our BPEX project in Beaumont, TX.
Industrial Helper Instrument Fitter will assist with both electrical and piping systems to install the required tubing and instruments for the system to be measured and/or controlled.
Must have 2 plus years of experience as an instrument fitter helper.
Required to have all helper tools and have experience with associated power tools.
Must be able to assist in the measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install primary piping and tubing
Must be able to work at heights and be able to climb ladders and stairways as well as work on elevated platforms
Must be able to assist in checking performance using testing and measuring instruments and make necessary adjustments
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
This position does not have any direct reports.
Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting.
Will talk and hear to communicate.
Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull:objects, materials, controls and tools.
May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.

Assists skilled craftsperson in the performance of their duties by performing supportive type chores as directed by the craftsperson.
Assists the journey instrument fitter on all work activities.
Can and often performs journey tasks, contingent on the level of experience and directions from the journey instrument fitter.

Instrument Sharpening Technician II - Temple Job
The Instrument Sharpening Tech II is responsible for installations, repairs, regular maintenance and calibration of most classes of surgical instruments at the component level. The Instrument Sharpening Tech II establishes equipment baselines, performs inspections and evaluations, interprets test results and makes recommendations to solve performance deficiencies.
The Instrument Sharpening Tech II will recommend new equipment or equipment upgrades and review possible new capital expenditures. The Instrument Sharpening Tech II will offer in-service and individual training for equipment users on subjects such as electrical safety, proper operation and care of the surgical instruments. The Instrument Sharpening Tech II will monitor the work of outside instrument sharpening vendors to ensure the meet quality standards. The Instrument Sharpening Tech II performs planned maintenance and electrical safety inspections as assigned and inspects incoming equipment for compliance with codes, standards, and manufacturer's instructions. The Instrument Sharpening Tech II establishes and maintains files of supporting literature for each piece of surgical instrumentation, such as the manufacturers' technical literature, reference standards, specifications and other documents necessary to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies including TJC.

As a Medical Instrument Technician (MIT) Cardiac Catheterization Technician you will function as full members of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Team. The incumbent will scrub, circulate, operate equipment, etc., on the most complex examination and treatment procedures including procedures such as endocardial biopsy, radio frequency ablation procedures, and intra-aortic balloon pump therapy for very critical patients.

Grade Determinations: Cardiac Catheterization Technicians perform, under a physician's direction, diagnostic tests both invasive and noninvasive, of the pulmonary system (lung) and the cardiovascular system (heart and circulation). They operate, monitor, and collect data from instruments used in procedures such as cardiac catheterization, angiography, valvuloplasty, angioplasty, electrophysiology studies, cardiac pacing, or cardiac pacemaker or leadwire insertion. Registration is offered by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
Quality of Experience.
Experience is only creditable if it is equivalent to at least one year at the next lower grade level and is directly related to the position/specialty to be filled.

2.Advanced knowledge of equipment, medications, supplies used in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and the ability to set-up, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot this equipment.
3.Knowledge and understanding of wave forms from the great vessels and all chambers of the heart including the ability to recognize and distinguish normal from abnormal, artifact from abnormality, and forewarn the physician of an impending life-threatening situation.
4.Knowledge of quality control and performance improvement indicators for the Cardiac catheterization Laboratory and ability to prepare and analyze quality control of test results.

Instrument Electronics Technician - Cornelius NC
Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain all plant electrical power systems (up to and including 480 VAC) and electronic operating equipment. This includes but is not limited to electrical power systems and machinery as listed: fabrication machines, the VPF machine, material handling equipment, and utilities such as air compressors, steam boiler, hydraulics, fire protection system, etc. to meet production needs.

Minimum Position Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent required.
1 year of experience in decontamination in hospital-based operating room, or related experience. (Decontamination Tech Certification accepted in lieu of experience).
Certification as decontamination /processing technician preferred.
