Observes and listens to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction and determine need for adjustment or repair
Raises vehicle, with hydraulic jack or hoist, to gain access to mechanical units bolted to underside of vehicle.
Dismantles machine or equipment or examine parts for defect or to remove defective part.
Replaces defective part with new part or repairs/reproduces part from various kinds of metal stock.
Relines and adjusts brakes, aligns front end, repairs or replaces shock absorbers, and solders leaks in radiator.
Assembles and tests machine to verify correction of malfunction.
Maintains and lubricates machine tools and equipment.
Cleans tools and working area.
Performs other routine duties
Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Mechanical experience is a plus.
Must have a strong work history. Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends required. Candidate must be able to acquire own basic hand tools and toolbox by the end of the training period (approximately 60 to 90 days).

Als Assistant (w/m)unterstützen Sie die Leitungen und das Team des Tender Managements und der Supply Chain bei allen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben:
WAS SIE ERWARTET:
Unterstützung des Managements im Tagesgeschäft in allen administrativen Aufgaben
Terminkoordination, Kalenderpflege und Reiseorganisation sowie Reisekostenabrechnung
Erstellen von Präsentations- und Besprechungsunterlagen in Deutsch und Englisch
Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Assistenz (z. B. Korrespondenz, Rechnungsbearbeitung)
Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Meetings
Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Geschäftspartner und Kunden (insbesondere Krankenkassen- und interne Fachabteilungen)
Bei Eignung und Interesse, Übernahme eigenverantwortlicher Sonderprojekte möglich
Spezialaufgaben für das Tender Management:
Pro-aktive Kommunikation mit den Krankenkassen zur Lieferfähigkeit und Daten- Diskrepanzen
Ansprechpartner bei Anfragen von Krankenkassen und Apotheken
Ermittlung von vertraglich geregelten potentiellen Strafzahlungen, Meldung an die interne Controlling Abteilung und Monitoring der diesbezüglichen Rückstellungen.
Sachliche Prüfung der Rabattabrechnungen der Krankenkassen mittels einer Datenbank
Zusammenarbeit mit dem für die Rechnungsprüfung zuständigen Tendermanager und mit der Finanzbuchhaltung
Unterstützung und Vertretung des "Open-House" Tender Managers
Unterstützung des Tender & Pricing Managers bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung des 2-wöchentlichen Preiskomitees (z.B. Vorbereitung, IFA Änderungsmeldungen, interne Kommunikation der Preisänderungen)
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN:
Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Assistenzaufgaben
Erfahrung in einem Vertriebsunternehmen, idealerweise in der Pharmaindustrie
Kenntnisse aus dem Tendermanagement / Krankenkassengeschäft sind hilfreich
Hohe Motivation sich in die Spezialaufgaben des Tender Managements einzuarbeiten
Sehr gute IT Kenntnisse (MS Office-Palette)
Umgang mit diversen IT-Tools (Reisebuchung, Abrechnung, Genehmigungstool)
Datenbank- und ERP Kenntnisse (idealerweise SAP)
Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher (mind. C2) in Word und Schrift
Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen
Erforderlich sind selbstständiges Denken, kombiniert mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und Lernwillen
Lust und Fähigkeit die Fakten und Regeln des Krankenkassengeschäftes (Tendermanagement) zu lernen
Fähigkeit eigenständige Entscheidungen innerhalb eines definierten Kompetenzrahmens zu treffen
Zahlenaffinität und strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie Lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
Fähigkeit auch in zeitkritischen Situationen sorgfältig und sachgemäß zu handeln
