Intelligence Analyst (All-Source, Osint, Or Other) - FS Poly
If you get excited by Artificial Intelligence and how it can be used to augment and improve decision-making, you should consider our growing software product firm client. Their Active Learning platform helps intelligence analysts find novel information - instead of helping them just find out more information about an entity, our client’s products help them identify information they don’t even know to ask for.
In effect, their products help intelligence analysts push past the edge of their current knowledge, find and fill in gaps, uncover new connections, and better understand the big picture. Their automated agents assess all the work an analyst does, across a variety of systems, utilizes Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing to make recommendations, and even shows why those recommendations were made. This company was founded by an MIT Physicist who has built successful software product firms before. They are growing, acquiring other companies, and are spreading their footprint throughout the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, making strong impact to missions.
Their success has spurred increased adoption of their products by intelligence agencies, resulting in the need for more subject matter experts in their products to support active intelligence missions. They are currently seeking an Intelligence Analyst / Analyst Trainer to join their core team that helps customers use their products to positively impact missions.
In this role you will work on-site with a wide range of Analysts as a player-coach, running training sessions, developing tradecraft for augmenting intelligence with machines (AIM), and contributing directly to the research and analysis efforts of key groups of users.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to pivot into various types of data: All-Source, OSINT, CYBER, SIGINT - whatever the mission requires - and apply your reasoning skills to train, mentor, and work with different types of Analysts to help them better meet their mission goals by using our client's products.
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits, and the role is NOT dependent on contract funding. You'll be joining a small team of talented, mission-focused professionals.
There are opportunities throughout the VA/MD/DC area. A current TS/SCI + CI Poly or FS Poly is required to be considered.
