The successful candidate for this position will formulate and execute New Equipment Training (NET) in concert with PM, DCGS-A fielding activities worldwide including hostile fire zones. We are seeking a qualified Consultant to join the Business Intelligence Services practice:
The Business Intelligence Services practice at Deloitte Advisory consists of highly trained investigators and intelligence specialists with extensive experience in due diligence, litigation support, fraud and other investigations. Working with the member firms of DTTL, we can gather background information and business intelligence virtually anywhere in the world in a timely and cost-effective manner, including those jurisdictions where public records are sparse.
Businesses considering mergers, acquisitions, strategic relationships or investments need accurate information about entities and their executives and the potential risks that they may present. By performing effective due diligence, companies may help avoid serious legal complications. On each assignment, our professionals uncover, analyze and report relevant information to help clients make informed decisions. If fraud is suspected, companies often require in-depth background investigations to unravel the problem. Our team performs investigations of parties suspected of wrongdoing, searches for conflicts of interest and undisclosed business affiliations, and in general seeks to uncover direct and circumstantial evidence of fraud.
Consultant Responsibilities &
A Business Intelligence Services Consultant is responsible for performing research in domestic public records databases and other data sources to identify relevant litigation, criminal records, bankruptcy records, tax liens, adverse media, regulatory issues, and/or sanction and watch list records on entities and individuals. The consultant will also analyze and summarize these records into an organized written report. If the consultant is fluent in another language, they may be responsible for performing similar investigations on subjects in other jurisdictions, utilizing their language skills and relevant regional data sources.
A consultant candidate must have a strong professional demeanor and communication skills, exceptional research, writing and analytical skills, a high attention to detail, and be able to meet deadlines and successfully prioritize a number of tasks. In addition, the following qualifications are required and/or desired:
Experience with domestic and/or international public records databases and Internet sources highly desired
Ability to effectively summarize legal records, media articles and internet websites and/or posts
Strong grammar skills and command of the English language
Demonstrated technical excellence, with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet search strategies
2+ years of investigative experience with a private investigative firm or equivalent professional services firm desired
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking a foreign language (Russian desired)

Business Intelligence And Analytics Specialist I
Analyzes business needs by exploring relationships in collections of information and by holding discussions and requirements gathering sessions with other Advancement members in order to provide unified Business Intelligence solutions for stakeholders.
Evaluates, designs, builds, and maintains business intelligence solutions using tools such as SQL Server 2014, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.
Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications for BI solutions.
Facilitate design sessions to define BI solutions.
Build and implement BI solutions that support data ingestion, processing, and visualizations of metrics critical to Advancement.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of documentation for all assigned BI solutions.
Proficient in relational database systems, querying, reporting, and analysis tools.
Identifies patterns and trends and provides new insights to Advancement.
Utilize Tableau Desktop and Server to develop dynamic, interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Maintain and Extend the Blackbaud CRM DataWarehouse via BBCRM SDK.

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience.
Additional Minimum Requirements Preferences
Expertise with Windows operating systems, SQL Server 2014 and its BI tools, Blackbaud fundraising software products and services, and Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Access, and Word.
