Sr. Analyst/Asst Mgr. Fuel Management
This position within the Fuel Management team supports the fuel supply functions through analysis, process and system management, and accounts payable support. Serves as a main accounts payable contact for vendors supplying locomotive diesel fuel and transportation services. Manages vendor pricing agreements and ensures accurate and timely payment of high volume fuel invoices which includes analyzing and resolving price, tax, and quantity disputes with invoices. Is responsible for performing monthly inventory reconciliations of fuel warehouses, ensures compliance with ongoing control processes, and provides support for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and testing. Processes SAP accounting entries and administers various fuel department back office systems. Analyzes fueling activity and provides reporting and other support for the Fuel Management team as well as other internal BNSF and external entities.
Bachelor’s degree required, preference to BS/BA/BBA degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with external vendors and internal stakeholders from other departments.
Must have strong analytical, research and problem solving skills and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Must be self-motivated, have good time and priority management and follow-through and possess the willingness to take ownership of processes and drive improvement in the value of those processes.
Work experience in Accounting or Audit Services.
Demonstrated experience interfacing with customers and providing high levels of service.

Must be knowledgeable in Nuclear power plant maintenance to include: rigging and material handling, electrical terminations, and torquing. Must have the ability to read prints, verbal and written comprehension, and the ability to troubleshoot and then repair fuel services equipment.
Must be physically capable to ascend and descend ladders into and out of the refuel cavity to support reactor disassembly/reassembly. Must be able to travel to other sites approximately 50%.

DL FMS JV, a joint venture between Dae Sung, LLC and LB&B Associates Inc., is currently seeking a full-time Fuel Distribution System Mechanic (FDSM) for our contract to provide refueling service at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona.
The Fuel Distribution System Mechanic must have a minimum of 6 years experience maintaining and repairing fuel storage and distribution systems.
Qualified candidates will also be proficient in the following skill sets:
- utilizing hand and power tools and testing instruments,
- inspecting fuel receiving, storage, and distribution facilities to detect and correct leakage, corrosion, faulty fittings, and malfunction of mechanical units, meters, and gauges, (such as distribution lines, float gauges, piping valves, pumps, and roof sumps)
- inspecting electrical wiring, switches, and controls for safe-operating condition, grounding, and adjustment, lubricates and repacks valves
- lubricating pumps, replaces gaskets, seals and corrects pumping equipment misalignment, and cleans strainers and filters.
Maintenance experience on Type III hydrants is a plus.

The successful candidate for the Director, Marine Fuel Trading position will be responsible for the Marine Fuel Supply and Trading activities of Delek US Holdings, Inc.
