The Irrigator 1 is a member of the Golf Course Maintenance Team and supports the maintenance of the irrigation system for the golf course and common grounds, and works with the Irrigator 2 and/or the Irrigation Manager. This position reports to the Irrigation Manager.
Perform daily irrigation operations, as assigned by the Irrigation Manager or Irrigator 2; maintain open communication about daily water requirements, daily irrigation run times, the work schedule, and operational challenges.
Be proactive in anticipating water requirements according to weather and plant needs.
Assist the Irrigation Manager and Irrigator 2 in daily, monthly, and annual data collection to create records for water, fertigation, and use of water enhancement products.
Work in a safe manner and use all personal protective equipment (safety gear) assigned.
Be aware of safety requirements and report unsafe conditions or accidents to supervisor.
Work with others on the irrigation team to implement a thorough preventative maintenance program for all system components.
Maintain and clean all equipment daily; identify and correct performance problems and make repairs and adjustments or report necessary equipment repairs to the mechanic or supervisor.
Help to maintain up-to-date as-built and databases.
Perform daily vehicle refueling and reloading of materials.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year golf course maintenance experience preferred.
Has a basic understanding of the game of golf and understand the need for attention to quality while working as an Irrigator to create optimal playing conditions.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Ability to gain, and demonstrate, a thorough working knowledge of irrigation system components, including clean up.
Ability to gain an understanding of reading, analyzing, and interpreting as-built, reports, labels, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and regulatory documents.
Ability to identify and learn to correct performance problems and complete repairs and adjustments to system components, including heads, valves, pumps, pipe, wire, tubes, fittings, pump house, computer operation system, filters, water enhancement system, fertigation, valve boxes, quick couplers, and controllers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintenance & Repair
Installs and replaces lawn sprinkler systems according to blueprints, shop sketches, or verbal instructions.
Installs, maintains, and repairs automatic, semi-automatic, and manually actuated sprinkler systems.
Cleans, repairs, and flushes out lawn sprinkler heads and systems.
Adjusts elevation of lawn sprinkler heads, and locates remote valves, piping, and control valves.
Digs ditches and trenches preparatory to installation, maintenance, and repair work.
Replaces soil and turf after installation, maintenance, and repair work is completed.
Installs and repairs PVC.
Locates leaks in sprinkler systems through physical observation and blueprints.

Candidate must be able to manage computerized irrigation controllers, install/replace pumps for water features and pond systems, purchase and inventory irrigation materials and supplies, perform mathematical calculations and obtain bids, quotes and estimates for irrigation repair costs. The General Laborer is responsible for safely performing a variety of construction duties to assist the highway, utility, grade crews or at various on-site plant locations. This position involves various manual tasks. Work will be performed per the supervisor's instruction, free from direct supervision except for more complicated jobs.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Prepares ground surfaces for the road building process. Removes debris out of the construction path.
Operates ground compactors, levels out and rakes dirt, sets string markers, and removes items within the area to be paved.
Sets up fencing, barricades, and/or safety cones to block off the work area as needed.
Prepares manhole covers, openings and water lines. May insert risers as needed.
Walks behind paver machine to shovel and rake asphalt as it is applied to the ground. Levels out asphalt with rake and uses shovel to dig out manhole covers and water valve boxes that are buried by the asphalt.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Troubleshooting & Repair – You will be demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, such as: mechanical systems, pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, valves, gear boxes, and conveyance systems. You will be responsible for responding to equipment break downs in a timely manner.
Tools & Equipment – You will be responsible for utilizing basic hand tools and industrial shop equipment to perform job assignments. You will also be effectively using various kinds of pumps, rotating and reciprocating masses, fasteners, and fabrication methods.
Expanding Skills & Continuous Learning – You will be utilizing your basic knowledge of using electronic and electro-mechanical devices such as: solenoid valves sensors, thermocouples, RTDs, relays and contractors to complete projects. You will have the opportunity to build your skillset and continue to learn while working on advanced projects.
Communication & Teamwork – You will need to demonstrate the ability to communicate technical subjects verbally and written to co-workers and vendors. You will be responsible for collaborating across the plant to complete projects in a timely manner.
Associate Assembler, Transcatheter Heart Valve
Applies skill and dexterity in the assembly of components into finished devices, in keeping with regulatory and company guidelines.
Use tools and equipment to complete assembly of medical devices precisely and in a timely fashion at each work station – proficient in multiple operations – following work order instructions and drawings, using computers to navigate drawings, and entering parts status data. Inventory reconciliation at start of day and when transitioning to next work order.
Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records and may enter data into manufacturing data systems.
Perform line clearance, i.e., cleaning and sanitizing work stations at the start of the shift and when transitioning to next work orders. Ensure all required components and tools are ready for the build.
Self-assessment of work, which may include visual inspection under magnification, and sequential review of colleagues work, providing constructive team feedback, including escalating work issues and changes in equipment performance to supervisor for assessment and correction.
On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period

Education and Experience:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent Preferred
Good communication skills
Able to read, comprehend and speak English, and elementary-level understanding of numerical functions
Adhere to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to department clean room medical device manufacturing
Proven ability to complete, retain, and incorporate training coursework in the performance of new and advanced work procedures
Must be able to work with minimum supervision by following detailed manufacturing instructions
Work in a Team environment, primarily work with colleagues and supervisor

Inventory Analyst – Transcatheter Heart Valve
The Inventory Management Analyst role resides within the Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) Customer Inventory team, which rolls up under the US THV Sales Organization.
The Inventory Analyst collaborates with Commercial Contracts, Finance, Sales Operations, Field teams, and Customer Operations to transact, reconcile and manage commercial consignment inventories. The role manages commercial inventory through a variety of processes and systems and provides insight to help improve and streamline current processes. This role will develop a mastery of the inventory management and reconciliation process. This position will not only need to execute required processes and procedures but build strong relationships to act as a trusted partner to the sales organization.
A Day in the Life of the Inventory Management Analyst:
Execution of commercial inventory processes including quarterly cycle count/inventory reconciliation process.
Act as regional/area point of contact for all field inventory management related matters.
Work to ensure that inventory systems are accurate and complete, and inventory levels can be seamlessly reported to internal stakeholders.
Partner with field teams to resolve accounts that have a variance to their prescribed inventory levels and ensure that all processes/procedures are followed as it relates to inventory management.
Perform value-add business analysis for account/territory/region/area, including mitigation of excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory as well as highlighting outstanding purchase orders.
Participate in cross-functional objectives to streamline inventory process as well as improving inventory management experience for field personnel.
Partner with customer operations team to ensure transactions are conducted in an efficient and accurate manner.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations or equivalent field
3 years' experience working in Finance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory or IT
Must have strong analytical skills and possess a high degree of accuracy
Medical device or healthcare related experience is a plus
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Clear and effective written and verbal communication
Must possess problem-solving and time management skills
Must have strong relationship-building skills
ERP and CRM systems experience a plus. (Oracle, JDE, SAP, SFDC)

The Plant Manager is the senior leader on site and is responsible for everything that goes on inside the fence-line and is the driver of the production process. Lead production scheduling to meet customer needs including timely delivery

Partner with the engineering team to ensure proper drawings and designs are being used during the manufacturing process
Purchase material/services to successfully operate the facility
Successfully hire, supervise, orient, train and retain operations/product staff
Promote and maintain a clean workplace that is "tour-ready" at all times.
Ability to read drawings, plan production tasks from those drawings, and coach employees to produce product correctly.
Ability to operate some of the standard tools on the plant floor such as overhead cranes, hand tools, batch plant, etc. While the Plant Manager will not be asked to operate these things continuously, having some of these skills will make him/her a better coach and troubleshooter.
Be a leader and coach leadership. Motivate crews during morning huddles. Lead effective Mid-Day meetings. Coach Leads on how to set expectations on a whiteboard and have them followed. Lead inventory counts. Promote safety best practices in meetings with other Plant Managers.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager as deemed appropriate and necessary by them.
Bachelor's Degree in business, operations, engineering or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience working in a leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environment
Experience with precast/concrete or building materials is a plus
Proven track record of developing, leading and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset at the plant
Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the day in a production/plant environment subject to areas that are not heated or air-conditioned
Ability to lead and direct other individuals and work with other group leaders
