You will be responsible for and involed in the preparing of the mortgage loans and making sure the funds have been approved for the transaction, and that have received final approval from underwriting. You could be involved in coordinate with the loan officer and loan processor to schedule the closing date, time and location. Review the files received from processing and if all documents needed for closing are availalble. You need to have current knowlege of loan closing and documentation procedures, closers must have solid math and calculation skills.

This position supports Regional Leads by managing and coordinating all aspects of leasing, zoning, permitting, and working with landlords to accomplish equipment modifications and/or new site builds.
