Busy accounting and tax firm seeks a professional appointment setter to call our warm to hot leads and book appointments for our sales team. There is no cold calling involved. The ideal candidate for this position will be a very personable yet determined individual who does not take no for an answer. You will come in daily and respond to the hundreds of leads who have opted in to our website/database or who have called our office inquiring about services. You will call them an have an engaging conversation all the while letting them know that our company can deliver on the solutions they are seeking from our services. You will be successful at this role because you will be able to penetrate all of our leads that come in. You will understand that the money is in the following up and you will follow up on leads that cancelled their appointments or on leads who did not respond the first time. You will understand that making relationships with clients is very important and you will foster great relationships to ensure that clients keep their appointments. You will be driven by knowing your sales team is staying fully bookked and you are contributing to that success.

Must possess advanced knowledge of powder compaction motions and demonstrate knowledge of fill, powder transfer, compaction and ejection. Must be capable of setup, advanced programming and troubleshooting of compaction presses. Must possess knowledge of auxiliary equipment with the ability to modify programs as needed to meet production requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up tooling of varying degrees of complexity
Strive for a high level of quality performance in all job duties. Understand and work to the quality system. Meet all quality and process requirements for setups and production start ups
Follow process and prints to setup and adjust powder metal compaction equipment, resulting in product meeting desired specifications as outlined by internal documentation.
Set up and run complex first piece inspection tooling
Use documented setup instructions for each setup. Utilize, update, and maintain all necessary documentation, including but not limited to process changes, audit checklists, and tooling requirements.
Accurately follow procedures to properly drain, disposition, and label the powder.
Run and evaluate new equipment and processes
Train other die setters
Work and collaborate with engineering, tool room, and manufacturing associates to solve problems. Work to the direction of the shift's lead technician/supervisor.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area according to 5S principles

This position is responsible for inventory of materials for operations while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Tasks
Responsible for shipping and receiving paperwork. Moving product from packout to the freezer cooler.
Manifesting product for storage or shipment. Loading and unloading trucks. Checking fuel and temperature of loaded trailers.
Loading and unloading blast freezer cooler. Keeps shipping dock, pallet dock, outside loading dock, offices and bathrooms clean and other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Must be able to perform all job duties to standard within 20 days. Current forklift license not necessary to be considered.

This role an uncapped incentive plan and we love writing big checks to our people. Equity is also an important component of the package.
This role will be primarily focused on setting appointments for our account executives to run. The SDR will proactively prospect new customers, make cold and warm calls, emails, sets up marketing cadences, etc. all with the main goal of setting as many appointments as possible. This role has amazing growth and promotion potential within the company, and we love to promote from within after you hit your SDR goals!
Requirements

Requirements
- 6 months - 2 years experience making high volume cold calls each day
- Recruitment / Staffing Experience is a plus
- Experience tracking and reporting within a CRM is a plus
