Coordinates with the General Manager on areas to be cleaned.
Schedules time to perform a thorough cleaning of theatre and theatre property.
Guards against unauthorized personnel entering the building during Janitor's shift. Keeps theatre keys on his/her person and outside doors locked during the work shift.
Sweeps and mops floor areas including auditorium floors, lobby floors, restrooms floors, booth floors, etc.
Maintains carpets (vacuums, removes gum, shampoos as necessary)
Cleans seats when necessary.
Mixes and applies Cinemark-approved cleaning chemicals as directed.
Cleans theatre and theatre property including restrooms (basins, toilet bowls, countertops, mirrors, walls, partitions, floors), game rooms, drinking fountains, etc. Projection booths, office areas, storerooms, and screens are cleaned only at the specific instruction of the General Manager.
Replenishes restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.)
Removes trash from theatre and theatre property.
Disposes of trash in commercial trash dumpster or compactor.
Inserts new plastic trash bags in trash cans.
Cleans and organizes the Janitor's closet.
Keeps cleaning equipment (mops, brooms, dust pans, vacuum cleaners, shampooers, etc.) clean and in good working order.
Watches for safety or security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports to management.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Available to work night and/or early morning hours, weekends, and holidays.
Requires regular and consistent attendance.
Requires frequent lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, moving, and the ability to maneuver in limited-space areas (restroom stalls and auditorium seat rows).
Effective comprehension of English is required, including the ability to safely mix chemicals.
Janitor must be able to inspect theatre and theatre property to ensure that all is clean and in order for the opening of the next day's business.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to work independently.
Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking and reaching around the theater.
Noise level may be moderate to high at times.
Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.

The Utility Worker/Janitor assists the branch service operations so that Technicians can complete Work Orders with the right parts and equipment, in a well maintained facility. The Utility Worker supports various people and departments including parts, warehouse, and technicians. He or she provides general maintenance to the facility, including inspection and maintenance of shop equipment. This person also practices safe work procedures and helps alleviate any safety issues in the branch.
Maintain the facility in a clean, neat, orderly, secure condition.• Perform maintenance and repairs to company tools and equipment as needed.• Assist technicians as needed i.e., pull and deliver parts, assist with tear downs, parts cleaning, mechanical support, etc.• Clean service bay, mops floors, dispose of used oil, filters and coolants properly.• Complete minor electrical repairs as needed.• Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts.• Operate and maintain fork lift truck.• Transport customer vehicles in and out of shop for repairs.• Complete vehicle inspections prior to customer delivery.• Act as branch safety champion: attend safety meetings, participate in safety inspections and assist supervisors in maintaining a safe environment.• Fabricates, welds and assists with custom sales projects• Monitor and advise management of needed shop supplies. • May support load bank testing.• Perform other responsibilities as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.• Knowledge and ability to properly use various mechanical equipment and tools.• Ability to make minor equipment repairs and perform general maintenance.• Basic electrical knowledge is preferred.• Ability to drive a fork truck and obtain CCP Fork Lift Certification.• Knowledge of diesel engines, power generator equipment and/or parts helpful, but not required.• Must be at least 21 years of age.• Good computer skills.• If supporting PG Field Technicians, then CPR certification is required.• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with others.• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.• May require DOT licensing and ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a chauffer's license and/or CDL.

POSITION SUMMARY:Under the direction and supervision of the Janitorial Supervisor, the janitor position provides the cleaning and disinfection of all assigned areas in On Lok buildings.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
Clean, sanitize and disinfect bathrooms.
Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.

Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
Cleaning windowsills and windows.

Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.

Six (6) months or more of related experience.
