The Datacenter Physical Security team (DCPS), sits within CO+I and among other duties is responsible for the physical security of all critical infrastructure facilities worldwide. We manage strategic and tactical activities to ensure this is achieved in a very fast paced, high tech environment, working with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
DCPS is looking for a motivated, talented leader to be responsible for a program designed to properly protect, control, handle, and prevent the loss of data bearing devices (DBD) in the global datacenter physical ecosystem. The role is an individual contributor role at this time, however the candidate will need to be able and agreeable to the planned intent of building and managing a team in the future. This DBD physical security team will be responsible for the following as related to DBDs: ownership of requirements, policies, and standards; providing education, training, and awareness; reviewing policy exceptions; conducting root cause analysis; developing and refining metrics to illustrate program health; and the continuous improvement of the DBD end to end chain of custody by creating and delivering strategic initiatives. The individual we seek will have significant experience as a subject matter expert in the above functions, the ability to implement change, make good decisions, and deliver high quality services and work product. This individual must be a thought leader, team player with strong communication and relationship management skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop people and programs along with a demanding workload across geographic and organizational boundaries.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years' experience successfully large-scale physical media/DBD security functions and programs within datacenters and/or other IT environments.
Physical media/IT asset/data bearing device security subject matter expert.
Ability to travel periodically within the U.S. and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
Business degree/MBA, or other college degree related to security management.
An expertise in datacenter operations to include logistics, asset management, physical security, hardware/IT operations, security operations with an understanding how they all integrate to form an ecosystem.
Experience with or exposure to regulatory and industry compliance frameworks and audits (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, SOC, FedRAMP).
Confident and skilled in preparing and delivering presentations and briefings to customers, senior leaders, and executives.
Experience making and influencing good decisions that impact mission-critical, 24x7 operations environments.
Strong work and compliance ethic, and the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time in both planned and unplanned scenarios.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products for business.
Analytical and process improvement skills to produce data driven insights and associated process changes.
Thought leadership and subject matter expertise to deliver one or more large programs and services while increasing standardization, simplification, and automation.

Function as a physical media and data bearing devices (DBD) security subject matter expert who can stand on their own to deliver work and represent the area as well as influence without authority to successfully leverage peer teams to collaborate in the implementation of the initiatives.

Continuously improve the efficiency and maturity of the DBD physical security program
Enable a trustworthy physical computing environment that protects customer data, intellectual property, people, and the critical infrastructure facilities in which they reside or operate.
Receive escalations and notifications of physical media/DBD security and business impacting incidents/events and appropriately triage, ensuring that leadership is made initially and continuously aware when appropriate and that the appropriate personnel are managing the incident response effectively.
Collaborate with peer teams and organizations to ensure the security operations organization and operations team are aligned with broader strategy and initiatives, fully supporting leadership priorities, being good partners, helping reduce costs, time burden, and complexity, and being responsive trusted advisors.
Continuously seek and recommend strategies and ideas to reduce churn, optimize, implement a creative solution to a problem, scale, automate, and simplify.
Oversee assigned and self-created projects to ensure they are delivered in accordance with established requirements, deadlines, and applicable environmental health and safety standards, employment law, and company policy.
Develop policy, procedures, and guidance as necessary to support successful DBD/physical media security operations.

The role of Mood Director's is to have creative collaboration that continues from the time of the venues request until the end of each presentation. The Mood Director will bring in their own interpretations to the project. They will work closely together with Corporate Management, Venue Management, and VIP Hosts to develop a deeper understanding of the venues and client's requests. The Mood Director will be responsible for the overall look and feel of the entire production, maintaining a high level of visibility throughout the venue. It is the expectation of the Mood Director to , build the clients loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service, dependability, and collaboration with the the presentation vendor and all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction. The position of Operations Manager shares the responsibility of overseeing the venue regarding staff, fiscal management, reporting, sales goals, inter-office communications. Must uphold company policies and procedures always. The Operations Manager assists in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating personnel as well as developing and motivating all staff to attain proper standards of performance. The Universal Banker will primarily focus on sales and service efforts to new and existing customers within the branch. Job Qualifications:
+Education: High school diploma or equivalent. State of Alaska Life Insurance License preferred.

This position is in charge of ensuring drilling operations are in accordance with the drilling plan from implementation, completion and abandonment of drill sites. The Driller works with the crew in preparing the equipment and site for the drilling operation setup and breakdown of drilling sites, which includes repetitive bending, lifting and climbing, may be done on a daily basis. This individual promotes safety, reports safety problems, incidents, accidents, or irregularities. Acts as a team leader for drilling crews.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Includes knowledge and ability to perform the Field Specialist and Field Technician roles and to backfill if necessary.
Ability and knowledge to operate drill rig and drilling equipment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to maneuver in small areas
Assures safety training is current and logged
Maintains daily drilling reports
Checks and maintains equipment in good and safe repair
Performs preventative maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors and prepares documentation
Performs miscellaneous maintenance duties in field or shop as directed by supervisors
Is a crew leader, training and mentoring employees while maintaining a safe environment
Approve employee timesheets
Complete well logs, logbook, repair orders, DVIR inspection sheet and tailgates
Maintain positive relationship with client
Manage the work site activity
Maintain all certifications
Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Train crew members as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
One year of experience as a driller with a variety of rigs
Driller license as required in applicable state(s)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
Knowledge of safety policies, regulations, and a demonstrated record of excellent safe work habits
