This principal laboratory scientist is accountable and responsible for the development and qualification of product quality and process performance monitoring process analytical technology (PAT) methods for process development activities. In this role, the principal scientist will be part of a committed cross-function team dedicated to the implementation of process analytical technology (PAT) and Enhanced Process Control (EPC) strategies for next generation process development. Responsibilities will also include managing various targeted innovation projects and ensuring timely delivery of results. The principal scientist will evaluate where existing and emerging online techniques may replace existing off-line technologies to provide rapid analysis and shortened decision cycles for process development. Key areas of focus for product quality assay development includes, but is not limited to, protein concentration, aggregation, charge heterogeneity, oxidation, deamidation, misfolding, and glycosylation. Description: Enterprise System Development Engineering Specialist position supports the design/construction and implementation of Web Applications and/or upgrade projects with technical knowledge primarily in SAP NetWeaver UI5, Java, ABAP and Gateway but may also involve SAP Process Integration (PI), Portal, SQL Server, HANA and BW.
