The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years skip tracing experience and must have solid computer experience. Must have strong organizational and communication skills and must be detail oriented. -Must be able to utilize all available skip trace tools effectively such as the Internet and databases to investigate debtor's location (home and/or job) and assets (Car's,Trucks, Motorcycles)
-Complete thorough investigation reports on businesses or individuals as assigned
- Professionally able to make outbound calls to gather location information
- Ability to complete all special projects as assigned
- Ideal candidate should have 2 plus years of prior work experience as Skip Tracer or investigator
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to tackle a variety of challenging task
- Prior experience in a collection office, skip tracing, law firm a plus. Excellent computer skills

• Use internet databases/social media and phone tools in order to locate customers/collateral
• Build successful relationships with contractors and clients in order to service accounts
• Communicate verbally or systematically with clients and/or contractors
• Skip Tracing of customers and/or other parties to:
• Identify the most current address to locate the collateral or customer
• Determine if the customer has filed Bankruptcy, current owner/registrant of the vehicle, relocated, etc.
• Confirm the current Lien holder (if any) of the collateral being pursued• Schedule and assign orders to appropriate contractors to ensure expectations are met and information provided is understood
• Knowledge and thorough understanding of internet search tools and social media
• Ability to think outside the box

Tracer Specialist I - Odessa, TX

Reports To: District Manager
Overall Responsibility With a focus on operational excellence and job quality, the primary function of the Tracer Specialist is to work directly with the Operator and Service company during frac operations to ensure proper placement of tracer materials. All while maintaining the use of ALARA during RAM and comply with all DOT/HAZMAT/HSE regulations.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Work directly with field personnel on well sites
Collaborate with sales personnel to verify job is scheduled according to plan and report issues
Travel as required to various job sites in state and out
Mixes tracer materials and injects into a “frac” line going into the well
Provides customers with technical product support relating specifically to tracer services
Upon completion of tracer operations, utilizes survey instruments to survey the well site to ensure that no materials residue remains at the site
Accurately completes all required reports and forwards to appropriate personnel for execution after the job
Responsible for complying with all daily procedures when performing operations involving the use of material and equipment
Responsible for all assigned material and equipment
Maintains all service equipment and rental tools
Responsible for complying with all HSE policies, procedures, generally accepted practices, and government regulations
Delivers products to customers as needed
Makes provisions to minimize accidents in the work place
Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
