Job Title: Aerator
RESPONSIBILITY: Under the direction of the foreman, this employee has the fullresponsibility to assist the set up and operation of the machine to insure thatquality products are achieved at a consistent rate of speed in accordance withmachine standards (printing and tray department); and as businesses needsnecessitate, pull stock.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include thefollowing. Other duties may be assigned.
Loads and unloads pallets of paperboard into the jogger aeratorchecking sheets for all defects.
Operates control panel from pedestal base staying clear ofjogger aerator while in motion.
Safely removes and inserts pallets from the jogger aeratorfollowing procedures.
Jogs, aerates, aligns and inverts pallet sized loads.
Inverts jogger aerator used to separate sheets, blows outentrapped powder, dust and debris from loads. Adjust vibrations and aeratingspeeds as necessary.
Produces evenly stacked piles of paperboard sheets on pallets toprovide optimal performance of printing and cutting presses.
Stages stock loads in the printing department for the nextscheduled jobs.
Follows all safety rules and precautions during operation andmaintenance of jogger aerator.
Performs lock out tag out during maintenance and never entersthe pit unless machine has been locked out. Maintains preventive maintenance asrequired. Report any suspected problems or safety issues to supervisor.
This employee must have previous experience with an Electricpallet jack and be able to obtain a license.

Lead - Sheeter Operator 3Rd Shift
This position is located in Darien, WI; which is approximately one (1) hour southwest of Milwaukee. This site is a converting center for PPG.
This position requires the safe operation of fork trucks and to follow all PPG safety rules, policies and procedures. Teamwork and communication are an essential part of the job. In addition, they must support the plant goals and drive efficiencies, productivity, and continuous improvement.
The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to:
Lead the sheeting team
Must be responsible for the training of the sheeting team associates
Understand the full operation of the sheeting cell
Ensure production flow of the orders through the cell
Examine product or work to verify conformance to specifications
Operate the sheeting machine
Operate the guillotine machine
Operate the jogger
Operate the guillotine trim chopper
Retrieve/Store material from the warehouse
Follow order instructions for packaging
Follow quality specifications
Fill out paperwork related to quality and enter information into computer
Move material to shipping
Finished product packaging
Support plant goals
Requires: At least 2-5 years experience in manufacturing
