The Joiner will assist in assembling housing units which includes preparing materials to erect, install, and repaire steel structures and fixtures according to blueprints in accordance with safety/bulding codes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with the installation of insulation and basic paneling to ceilings and walls.
Study and interpret specifications in blueprint, sketches or building plans to determine dimensions and types of materials required for remodel and repair of temporary housing units.
Prepare and install mineral wool insulation and materials to meet A60 fire protection.
Prepare and install standard fiberglass insulation materials.
Install and repair all steel products in the rental fleet including metal duct work, hard core and soft core complete wall Panel systems and "B" and "C" class ceiling systems.
Installs studs, paneling, FRP paneling, joiner doors, molding and finish work.
Fit and install all floor installation aspects including leveling, installing, repairing Azrock, Dex-O-Tex, Tarkett
Install A60, H60 exterior and "B" class interior doors.
Installs, repairs and refurbishes all "low fire load" interior furnishings such as bunks, desks, cabinets in rental fleet
Lead projects by allocating work, check for quality, and supervise productivity.
Complies with all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures.
Maintains a professional appearance and communication style in dealing with customers and coworkers
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of two years related experience
Metal duct work fabrication skills and experience in fire retardant insulation and applications
Ability to communicate and work professional with co-workers
Ability to work weekends, holidays, nights and overtime as needed

This is a 2nd shift position
Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint line Helper is primarily responsible for loading and unloading parts from the paint line. This person may perform quality issues and notify supervisor and/or resolve quality issues. Team work, housekeeping and organizing is important for this role.
Confirm job order and material selections. Report any packaging shortages.
Tape and mask parts as required for coating.
Use correct hangers to hang parts correctly on conveyer. Hang parts uniform for cleaning and powder painting.
Assist with deck assembly on line and assemble tread plates, when needed
Remove parts from racks after oven cure.
Inspect coated parts for coating thickness using approved gauges.
Keep paint hooks clean and in good working order; organize the area as needed.
Responsible for filling out and managing all production, and quality documentation as required.
Rack fenders with material handler when unloading line.
Follow instructions to package parts to avoid damage in proper containers and on proper racks.
Follow all company rules, policies and regulations.
Report quality concerns to line leader, manager or QC department.
Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards, using proper PPE and load weight limitations.
