Print Maintenance Mechanic
Perform electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repairs in response to equipment errors or failures.
Repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment. This includes envelope converters, web presses, inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, bindery equipment etc. using hand tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments.
Takes part and or performs bi-weekly and monthly preventative maintenance on all production equipment
Keeps equipment running and tuned. May be asked for assistance in the operation of equipment and or help with deliverables.
Participates in the Lean Continuous Improvement Culture. To the best of his/her abilities, carries out the implementation through Kaizen instruction or continuous improvement events.
Keeps accurate log orders of parts and inventory.
Keeps daily time-tracking sheets and works closely with his/her supervisor on scheduling of duties.
Maintains a good rapport with staff.
Responsible for all press and converting guarding and must insure that all meet OSHA standards.
Make complete inspection of HVAC, building equipment, and its mode of operation at the beginning of each shift and as required.
Provide necessary maintenance and repairs to all building equipment such as air compressors, A/C compressors, pumps, cooling towers, reducing stations for air and steam, HVAC units and distribution piping systems for these facilities.
Makes minor repairs to parking lots and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials and concrete.
Operates snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks
Maintain general upkeep in and around the facility in keeping with building standards.
Follows strict Lockout/Tagout procedures when servicing equipment as well as all Safety rules and guidelines.
Willing to work OT when required.

Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. I. Job Summary
Residential Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks and are responsible for the collection of residential household waste or recyclable material. Works closely with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.
Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.
Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions including closed or impassable streets or alleyways, receptacles too heavy to service or potential safety hazards.
Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
Completely dumps all receptacles and leaves the customer's location clean and free of debris.
Follows route assignments as directed and completes end of day documentation and check out process.
