We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Front Desk Clerk at our Robin Hill Campground property. The successful candidate will conduct and participate in the daily operations of the resort for the betterment of the guests' experience.
Job Duties include:
Greet and register incoming guests
Maintain front office and store appearance
Distribute information to members and guest upon arrival and respond accurately to questions regarding park rules and regulations
Provide detailed reservation information to manager on an as needed basis
Record and secure all fees collected at the reservation counter and store
Answer telephone and relay messages to staff and members
Make reservations in person and by phone and respond to a high volume of inquiries
Process reservations or cancellations in DigiRez, our reservation point of sale system
Handle cash and process credit card charges for reservations; reconcile cash/credit records
Handle store transactions through ACE, our store point of sale system
Respond to member and guest complaints
Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Some experience in a customer service environment as well as experience working with a point of sale computer system
Basic reading, writing, math, and good computer skills are necessary
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills and ability to problem solve
Knowledge of and experience working within the RV business preferred

This position is full time: 36.25 hours per week. It includes every other weekend and every other holiday.
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation, scope, and emphasis of nursing center recreation programs to encourage and stimulate customers to have fuller and richer lives.
He/she works in conjunction with the Recreation Director and recreation staff to provide quality recreation services to elders in the nursing center. Special projects/duties may be assigned by the Recreation Director to facilitate enhancement of services and delivery of services.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Assists with planning the recreation program by contributing to the development of program philosophies and policies, writing procedures, goals and objectives for the program, and by establishing an individualized recreation plan based upon each customer's needs, interests and abilities;
2.Works with the Recreation Director to plan programs based on the customer's needs, interests and abilities, and encourages customer involvement in recreation program planning;
3.Documents the recreation program and customer's progress within recreation. Maintains records that improve future planning, individualized approach and continual evaluation and revision;
4.Contributes to the development of the customer care plan, maintains adequate records on volunteers, and complies with government standards for documentation;
5.Contributes to the implementation of a meaningful recreation program for all customers (including individual interventions), that includes implementing creative, intellectual, physical, service, social and spiritual programs each week that provide opportunities for participation in community activities and opportunities for customers to be of service for others;
6.Assists in the recruitment and training of recreation program volunteers. May assume responsibility for volunteer program development and implementation;

11. Participates in various center committees as needed, plans activities to avoid conflict with treatment plans, and accepts and delegates responsibility in cooperation with the Recreation Director;
12. Maintains cooperative relationships with members of the customers' families by orienting family members to recreation programs, by encouraging families to participate in the volunteer and recreation program, and by encouraging families to evaluate and make suggestions for the recreation program;
13. Concerns his/herself with the safety of all center customers in order to minimize the potential for fire and accidents. Also, ensures that the center adheres to the legal, safety, health, fire and sanitation codes by being familiar with his/her role in carrying out the center's fire, safety and disaster plans and by being familiar with current MSDS;
14. Acts as a resource person to staff, other Recreation/Activity Coordinators and community organizations while demonstrating a positive and objective approach to observations and action;
15. Maintains confidentiality when dealing with customers, their families and records, demonstrate a knowledge of rights and concerns for the welfare of all customers in the center, and effectively communicates with individuals and groups by establishing regular written communication through the use of a newsletter format to the community;
16. Puts Customer Service First: Ensures that customers and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights;

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. Act as a liaison between customer, Operation Manager and security officers. Supervise site staff, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Supervisory Responsibilities

To be eligible for the position of Mechanic / Automotive Technician, you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; (3) possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position; and (4) possess an extensive tool box of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs.
The following additional qualifications are preferred: (1) state inspection license(s); and, (2) ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5).
As an active position, Mechanics / Automotive Technicians are required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance and automotive repair. Mechanics must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
