Start-up and shutdown of pyro side equipment
Monitor and control process variables and equipment to maintain optimal operations

The Dish Machine Operator (DMO)/Utility is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels by using both mechanical and manual cleaning methods in accordance with Ruby Tuesday standards. DMO/Utility communicates with and supports the Garden Bar Specialist to ensure the Garden Bar is always 100% stocked. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for processing and packing orders for shipment, auditing orders and the operation of a hand and/or industrial forklift truck. The Batch Process Manager- Flavored Malt Beverages is responsible for both internal and external recipe management, base ingredient processing, blending procedures, ingredient management, TTB compliance, and overall blend product quality. This position will lead multi-site standardization and process improvement as it relates to production of all bases and blended products, primarily Flavored Malt Beverages (FMB's).
What You'll Do:
Recipe management of all blended products.
Ensure standardization and optimization of base and blending processes for all relative products and all producing locations. This includes frequenty process audits and production done under contract.
Ensuring TTB compliance, including optimization of data capture and reporting.
Integration/optimization of existing or newly identified software and technology to minimize errors and waste.
Participate in daily sensory panel and become proficient in sensory evaluation of all blended products.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to ingredients and processing steps.
Develop and implement ingredient management processes to ensure all relative ingredients are stored safely, allow for accurate and timely inventory tracking, and ultimately deliver results that meet our Quality standards.
Drive process consistency by identifying and eliminating/minimizing sources of variation across all processing steps
Partner with New Product Development to ensure recipes are executable in large scale production locations and that they are scaled up appropriately.
Perform regular data review to ensure quality specifications are being adhered to, desired yields are being achieved, and exceptions/deviations are being addressed to prevent reoccurrences.
