The Dish Machine Operator (DMO)/Utility is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels by using both mechanical and manual cleaning methods in accordance with Ruby Tuesday standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a gracious, pleasant and friendly attitude, while contributing to a teamwork-based work environment.
Take pride in his/her appearance while adhering to the Ruby Tuesday Dress & Appearance Policy.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Rinse, wash, sort, and stack glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels by using both mechanical and manual cleaning methods; return dishes and cooking utensils/vessels to the line or the proper storage location.
Set up, maintain, and break down the garden bar and dish area, including assembling/ disassembling the dish machine.
Support the Garden Bar Specialist by preparing items for service for garden bar according to specifications.
Wash and clean fruit and vegetables for peeling, dicing, shredding, or slicing using kitchen hand-utensils and electric equipment.
Measure and assemble ingredients and cooked items according to Ruby Tuesday recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure the highest quality preparation and presentation of food items served on the garden bar.
Complete specific cleaning responsibilities and station maintenance including, but not limited to, the walk-in refrigeration, prep, and dry storage areas.
Dispose of trash and debris according to Ruby Tuesday procedures.
Maintain clean, stocked, and sanitary restrooms through regular restroom checks.
Clean and maintain the cleanliness of carpeted and non-carpeted floors according to Ruby Tuesday standards and procedures.
Clean, roll, and unroll kitchen mats.
Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant. Deck scrub walk ways and back dock area.
Responsible for the set-up, cleanliness, and organization of the work area before, during, and after every shift.
Position requires slip-resistant shoes.

Dry Kiln Forklift Operator

Complies with Company policies and exhibits professional conduct at all times.
Physically capable of lifting and placing cross pieces on packs of lumber (as much as 50 pounds).
Keep close attention to quality when stacking packs to avoid down grade.
Must be able to distinguish size, widths, lengths, or types of lumber.
Must be able to stack lumber on Kiln trucks.
Must be able to keep up with production demands at green stacker.
Must keep assigned Forklift clean and greased.
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and overtime.
Must be able to drive a 35,000 pound Forklift.
A high school diploma or GED
Safety and good housekeeping are a must.
Must be able to read, write and understand written materials. Perform basic math computations as required for safety, quality, and production functions.
The ability to follow oral and written instructions and policies.
Should be able to communicate verbally and with hand signals.

Production - Kiln Operator - Day Shift
GENERAL DEFINITION AND CONDITIONS OF WORK:
Performs intermediate skilled work in operating and maintaining the kiln; does related work as required. Work is performed under general supervision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TYPICAL TASKS:
Operates and monitors all production kilns.
Operate the kiln, including start-up and lighting.
Monitor and regulates all kiln operating parameters.
Records temperatures and other parameters as required.
Checks burners to be sure they are all on/off correctly.
Ensures that kiln fans, transfers, etc., are operating properly.
Responds and assists with all kiln emergencies.
Ensures smooth flow of product through kilns.
Operates forklift for job related duties.
Performs assigned PM duties.
Organize and assist roller changes.
Maintains cleanliness of assigned area.
Practices correct safety procedures.
Performs related tasks as required.

JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE
Operate PK kilns and manage PK kiln activities and assist with parts cleaning tasks to produce parts as
specified by customer order requirements; monitor other related functions to ensure product quality and
consistent operating standards; provide direction and training for other operators in the area as needed or
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all PPE and job- or area-specific workplace safety requirements
Properly use lockout/tagout procedures
Assist with Quality audits as needed
Maintain control charts and/or other QC-required documents
Test fire and check pressed parts, dye check parts to determine quality and make necessary adjustments
Competently operate all essential machines and/or equipment in the work cell
Help evaluate equipment tooling if necessary
Identify and actively participate in continuous improvements of safety, quality, and production
Maintain or exceed standard production rates
Monitor all PK kiln firing processes, intervene as needed to ensure superior firing results
Plan, schedule production employee training on using SAP for production

Continuous Drying Kiln Operator/Forklift Operator
The Millport, AL lumber manufacturing facility is looking for skilled Continuous Drying Kiln Operator/Forklift Operator with a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of large forklift operation and the ability to ensure quality lumber drying. We are seeking individuals who are committed to safety, motivated to work, and works as a team member.
Millport is a quaint town located approximately 50 miles northwest of Tuscaloosa, AL. The Millport area is perfect for anyone who enjoys living in a personal, tight-knit community - with the advantages of close proximity to outdoor recreational activities, shopping, dining and collegiate activities.
Company paid relocation is not available for this position.
Operate large forklift to move pack of green lumber from the sawmill, correctly stack the lumber on kiln carts for drying, breakdown carts of dried lumber and place packs of dried lumber onto the track system to feed the lumber to the planermill.
Operate and maintain CDK kilns (troubleshooting, ID parts, instrument calibration, maintenance, and PMs) to ensure quality dried lumber, including cleaning of the kilns and maintaining housekeeping standards in the area.
Manage lumber rotation (green and dry) and follow QC guidelines (track/file control charts, audits, etc.) for drying lumber.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a large forklift.
Able to work safely and follow all company policies and procedures.
Must have demonstrated leadership and team skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have good computer skills. (Strong Excel skills)

This role is seasonal and active during the "pack season" which varies year to year. The "pack season" typically begins in July and can last until November. With direction from the AG team as well as the Scale house coordinator, scale house operator is responsible for conducting the daily operations of the scale house which supports the weighing of different vehicles in and out of the plant and collecting this data in a computer system. Along with that the operator is also responsible for tracking all the information for growers, waster vendor and seed vendor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Be able to give direction to yard dog operators, seed vendor driver, compost driver and pumpkin truck drivers.
Prepare and maintain grower tons tracking system for over 50 pumpkin growers. This system is what is used to pay the growers at the end year for pumpkins harvested.
Prepare and maintain tracking systems for the compost waste and seed waste.
Perform checks and balance of daily receipts for the scale house operation
Enter daily data into the Globe for the scale house system.
Work with 3rd party trucking vendor for changes in the daily trucking operation
Be the safety champion for the pumpkin dock area to ensure that a safe environment for our associates
Ensure proper dumping of pumpkin trailers is preformed to ensure a QA product is produced in the factory.
Dispatch truck to different fields during field switches or rain situations.
Maintain a clean and safety environment in the scale office area.
Any other duty assigned by management that supports an efficient operation.
