Kerr Lake State Recreation Area
Kerr Lake State Recreation Area is a collective of seven access areas scattered around the shoreline of this 50,000-acre reservoir that reaches into Virginia. Hundreds of campsites among five of the access areas offer a range of outdoor experience from RV hookups to group camps.
There are several swim beaches in the recreation area and multiple boating ramps, some offering 24-hour access with a few reserved for campers. Two private marinas serve boaters and the lake is renowned for excellent fishing. An extensive boat ramp facility at the Nutbush Access is suitable for fishing tournaments. Three community buildings provide popular venue for family or community gatherings.
Description of Work:
This park ranger provides educational programming, natural resource management, law enforcement/emergency services, seasonal and permanent employee supervision, administration, operations, and maintenance to Kerr Lake State Recreation Area. This ranger will supervise Henderson Point SRA, one journey level ranger, approximately six seasonal positions, one volunteer campground host position, and when required serve as acting park superintendent.
This ranger will lead interpretive and educational activities for the public regarding the ecology and history of the park. The ranger will manage the park's boundary line maintenance program, monitor natural resources, serve as the park contact for public information requests, and will research assigned natural resources, develop and implement resource management plans and I&E programs. This ranger is a commissioned law enforcement officer and will enforce state laws and park regulations through patrol, education, warnings, citations, and arrests.
This ranger performs and directs emergency medical response and emergency rescue on the park and provides assistance to other agencies. This ranger will have responsibilities for routine maintenance and minor repairs of park facilities, vehicles, and equipment. Operational duties include issuing camping permits, opening and closing facilities, and purchasing equipment and supplies.
The ranger will manage the facility conditions of assigned park areas and lead or participate in assigned collateral duties. This ranger will assist other park rangers, office staff and maintenance staff with their assignments when more manpower is needed or staff is absent.
A skills assessment may be conducted during the interviewing process for this position.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferably in Parks and Recreation and/or Natural Science from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Site Planning Manager provides direction and leadership for all production planning and scheduling activities at the manufacturing site.
The successful candidate will work closely with Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Distribution organizations to ensure execution of the daily production plan in line with Supply Chain measures. Candidate will also maintain excellent customer service and inventory management results and provide management on a daily/monthly basis actual and projected supply, demand, production, and inventory updates. Candidate will perform short and long term schedule planning and capacity planning. Candidate will also be responsible for measuring and driving continual supply network improvement by optimizing operating strategy and gathering, documenting, and aligning key assumptions.
Candidate will also drive continual improvements by communicating requirements for process/technology improvements. Establish good operating principles within assigned furnace. Advise necessary personnel immediately of any problems with mould equipment or machine variables.
Maintain swab cycles on all machines on assigned tank. Establish what special coating will be used, how it is to be applied and how often the equipment will be changed. Maintain production standards at the highest level of quality by ensuring appropriate forehearth temps, job setups and/or job changes.
Direct, advise and train employees in the Forming Department including how to identify and correct defects. Assist with implementation of continuous improvement processes through problem-solving, planning and corrective actions. Manage the maintenance of IS machine ensuring machine setups are acceptable and maintained.
Establish good forehearth curves and operations on all shops monitored. Maintain a daily line of communication with management and make sure job changes are up to standard before leaving each day. Must ensure that all personnel under supervision practice good safe working habits.
Check and record final blow pressure, press pressure, main wind pressure and trip air pressure for valve. Must be willing and able to work rotating swing shifts. Comply with Environmental and Food Safety standards as set forth in plant policies and programs within Department responsibilities.
Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of an Associates Degree in technical related field or a High School Diploma with five 5 years engineering or forming experience and at least two 2 years of prior management experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience in medical field and administrative record management preferred
Strong customer service background
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing practices and billing reimbursement
Knowledge of insurance policies and requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean record in the state in which you reside (where applicable)
Employment is contingent upon a drug screening test and background investigation
Ability to work and think independently within a team

Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups, required cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. Responsible for opening back door of store for deliveries.
Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.

Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service traits (e.g., offering help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until satisfied, etc.).
Responsible for holding store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
Assists with and coaches other team members to work with warehouse and vendor ordering process as the orders are created, reviewed, and received, including opening the backdoor for vendor deliveries.
Responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned cash register, including records of scanning errors, price verifications, items not on file, price modifications, and voids.
Assists manager or assistant store manager in reviewing order exceptions on order release day and assists in reverse logistics (e.g., 1506, returns, empty package).
Assists manager or assistant store manager in evaluating and developing displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Completes resets and revisions.
Maintains accurate inventory counts; maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including, but not limited to, basic departments, stockroom, and overstock locations.
Assist with ensuring the Outdate program is followed with team members.
Responsible for basic department pricing and making daily price changes; ensures proper signage is displayed at the store to support accurate pricing of products. Ensures any additional pricing tasks related to local regulations and/or regulatory compliance programs are completed accurately and within the required time frame.
Assist with bookkeeping activities, including cash report, cash counts, ledgers, and bill payment as necessary or as requested.
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance, including requesting store or system repairs as required in manager absence, or as requested by manager.
Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, assists in stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs.
Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
Responsible for bag checks of team members before leaving the store.
Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Training & Personal Development
Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager.
Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
Serves as a liaison between management and non-management team members by communicating assigned tasks to team members when store management is not present.
Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
Reviews patient history and physician's orders.
Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.
When ordered, prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice.
Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.
Prepares equipment and supplies.
Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment.
Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary.
Positions patient and performs imaging procedure(s).
Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results.
Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patient andrepeating procedure.
Enters, transmits and reports scan results.
Effectively utilizes Electronic Health Record

Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of an certified school of Radiologic Technology
CAT scan experience preferred
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
ARRT registered in Radiology/CT registry preferred
