PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions as defined by the ADA, except those that begin with the word 'may".)
Setup and operate ultrasonic knife cutter by performing computer functions.
Must be able to setup, troubleshoot and operate ultrasonic knife cutter. Consists of loading material onto cutting table, setting up x-y cutting table, uploading program, starting up and running software program and keeping work table and area clean and free of cutting residue. Must be able to properly nest parts so to maximize on the material being loaded.
Perform 1st articles and final audits on manufactured parts.
Follow the Quality Management System requirements as outlined in the process notes on the press card, the applicable QMS procedure and work instructions; and suggests ways for continual improvement.
Promptly report quality problems and shut down the equipment if unable to resolve.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Follow EHS rules and regulations, participates in safety meetings and CBT and suggest ways for continual improvement.
Promptly report personal injuries and unsafe conditions and helps to resolve them.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Read and understand bills of material, routings, work instructions and other shop paperwork.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Complete forms correctly and legibly.
Perform computer functions to be able to setup and operate equipment.
Understand computer systems in order to have ability to nest programs that will maximize on the material being loaded.
1st article certified.
Final audit certified.
Perform simple math calculations.
Understand quality criteria on parts produced.
Interpersonal skills necessary to exchange information with a variety of staff.

Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to forty pounds on a daily basis.

Push prepared egg set from the egg room to the correct setter position at designated times, push 500lbs at a distance of 200' a max of 45 times
To place a max of 720 trays weighing 20 - 25lbs each into proper staggered slots inside the incubator. This procedure requires bending and reaching from 5' - 6' from the floor level.
Using bending, reaching, twisting and pulling motion with both hands, remove eggs from farm racks and place in the incubator. Approx. 24 farm racks will have to be unloaded by each associate.
Must be able to clean up setter floors by using a scraper, bending, twisting, pulling motion along with the ability to work at floor level on knees performing clean up.
Notify maintenance person or foreman of any mechanical problems that may arise during this procedure.
Water hoses, detergents and disinfectants are required for clean up in hallways and setters.
Perform any other duties as required by management.

FT Propane Tank Setter
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Country Operations Division. We are looking for a Propane Tank Setter to install propane equipment, conduct related sales and services in a safe, efficient manner that maximizes customer satisfaction and sales. Perform propane and equipment installation, repair and delivery work as required by local, state, and federal regulations.
