Assist in monitoring Company social media as relates to people and culture.
Inclusion in conversations with vendors, employees and leadership, organizing events and communicating details to the Specialist, People and Culture Strategy.

Senior College Laboratory Technician
CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Reporting to the Director of the Media and Digital Film Production Program, the Senior College Laboratory Technician provides technical and instructional support for the television studio, edit lab, and classrooms.
Supervise lab/TV studio staff including college assistants, work study students, and others; assign tasks within the academic setting.
Maintain and update video editing workstations and Mac Lab for department.
Maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Assist faculty and students on how to operate cameras, lighting console, intercom, teleprompter, video switcher, audio console, video playback and recorder systems.
Demonstrate single camera production, multi camera production, and video post-production software such as Avid Media Composer, ProTools, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
Maintain digital student ePortfolios and update archives of student projects.
Monitor and assist students using TV studio for ePortfolio assessments, field, audio and drone equipment.
Troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Manage equipment sign out: cameras, lenses, tripods, media, LED and tungsten lighting kits, lighting mounts, audio recorders, and microphones.
Manage inventory; research emerging technology; obtain vendor quotes; and arrange for specialized maintenance and repairs if necessary.
Perform video edits for faculty and students as required.
Set up remote multi-camera productions for student instructional activities.
Schedule TV Studio and Edit Lab usage for tutoring, workshops, etc.
Operate 3DR Solo and DJI Mavic Pro; perform drone navigation repair.
Evening/Weekend hours may be required.
High School Diploma with a minimum of eight years' related experience. Additional education may be used to meet the experience requirement: an Associate's degree may be substituted for two years' experience and a Bachelor's degree may be substituted for four years' experience. This position also requires the ability to direct, train, and supervise others.

$48,606 - $71,665; salary commensurate with education and experience.

Terms of Employment
This is an hourly position working approximately 15-16 hours per week. The newly opened Florida Hospital Apopka is a seven-story, 120-bed hospital offering an extensive range of services including expanded surgical services, advanced surgical suites and a catheterization lab. The hospital also features a 30,000-square-foot emergency department with pediatric-friendly beds, imaging services, a full-service cafeteria, chapel, gift shop and on-site fire station. Non-Exempt position. Under general supervision, perform tasks to assistant laboratory technical staff and laboratory leadership.

Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $14.59 per hour for Lab Assistant I and $15.35 per hour for Lab Assistant II.

Weekend shift is 3:00 - 11:00 pm Saturday and Sunday, every third weekend.

JOB SUMMARY: Manages and provides direction to supervisors within the Digital Guest Communications department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of HR functions for machinery staff in St. Charles, MO, and Stewartsville, MN. Also, assist CPS (HR) Director of Machinery, including reporting, scheduling, documenting, and other duties assigned.
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
Perform data entry into our HRIS System. Maintains the HR Scanning System. Compile and prepare reports and documents. Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, tracking.
Superior attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness, and meets deadlines. Shows initiative and independent thinking.
Develop and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; and maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.

Prepare documents in Word, Power Point, Excel and Illustrator or some other form of Publishing software.

Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Assists with recruiting, interviews, assessments, and selections, using SilkRoad.
Personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Plans and assists with new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals and people first culture.
Ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Payroll Processing – tracking FMLA, STD, LTD, Worker's Comp.
Assists CPS Director of Manufacturing with projects as assigned.
Handles Petty Cash
Attendance during regular work hours required.

Qualified Candidates Will Possess the Following:
Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) Preferred
Experience: 3 – 5 years related experience, manufacturing experience preferred
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Human Resources systems (Workday, SilkRoad preferred); internet software; payroll systems; spreadsheet software and word processing software.

Summary of duties:
