- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Insurance Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the subrogation and salvage process
- Experience working with appraisers/appraisals, vendors, experts
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Collection of receivables for claims from the at fault parties
- Track collections for claims on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Be a liaison between collection counsel and the company
- Collection of receivables for salvage vehicles
- Follow up and act upon titles and all salvage documents for all states
- Track collections for salvage on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Production Manager - Automotive Salvage
Essential Job Duties:
1. Responsible for opening the site each morning.
2. Responsible for making sure the site is accessible for the start of production.
3. Unload haulers and stage cars for inventory department to inventory.
4. Support dismantling by bringing un-processed cars to dismantle and place vehicle back in the yard.
5. Crush vehicles that have reached their useful life.
6. Support the cuts bay.
7. Empty the scrap bins.
8. Oversee yard operations personnel.
9. Maintain Inventory locations and integrity of vehicles placed in the yard.
10. Loads scrap haulers with crushed cars that are ready for final disposal.

Education & Experience:
High school education with automotive background and heavy equipment experience preferred.
Would need to gain an understanding on the equipment they are operating with safety and general maintenance in mind. They will also need to get an understanding of our project x inventory system to maintain the vehicle inventory in the yard.
Previous heavy equipment operating, some computer skills, general maintenance and understanding of mechanical equipment.

JOB PURPOSE: Operator will perform salvage repair operations for 3600 cylinder heads. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Work in a fast-paced, safety and quality focused environment to salvage cylinder heads.
Operator will utilize Factory Process to inspect to criteria Utilize hoist to move cylinder heads.
Operator will enter data into various computer systems. Follow reusability guidelines or visual guidelines to inspect all components Operator should have attention to detail and be self-motivated. Operator will work in a team environment.
Operator is expected to cross train in other areas of operations to provide flexibility within the job classification scope. This position may require mandatory overtime. Qualifications
Ability to push, pull, lift heavy components throughout shift. Will be required to use face shield. Candidate will train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks and then transition to 2nd shift.
Minimum 6 months previous Manufacturing Experience. Previous experience using an overhead hoist.

Salvage Associate – Green Works Performs a variety of tasks in relation to the identification, preparation, sampling, painting, repairing, draining, tracking, dismantling and conversion of electrical transformers, switches, padmounts, capacitor assembles according to customer specifications.
