Post-secondary education of any of the following programs would be beneficial to help support job functions; administration, accounting or computer software classes.

Desktop computer, copier, fax machine, multi-line phone system, and other general office equipment. Tools and machines including but not limited to shovels, brooms, ladders wrenches, forklifts, loaders, Straight trucks and Articulated trucks.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
May be required to lift up to 50lbs.occasionally, 20lbs frequently and 10lbs on a regular basis. May also be required to reach, bend, stretch, kneel, crawl, lift and carry on occasion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will required to perform repetitive motions. There may also be long periods of standing and moving about. Vocal communication, hearing at a normal level and visual acuity is required in the normal course of duties for interaction with coworkers and customers.

VAT Certification Analyst
As a part of the VAT Certification team, the VAT Certification analyst will be responsible of supporting with the maintenance of VAT Certification requirements such as: Annex 31 monthly compliance, memo accounts, virtual supplier's tax compliance, VAT credit monitoring, among others. Additionally, it will supporting in the review of the reconciliation process of Annex 24 inventory control system vs. ERP/physical inventory performed by the Plants.
The VAT Certification team is responsible for ensuring the 17 Mexican businesses in 10 legal entities, are in compliance with all the Mexican regulations regarding import and export of material on a temporary basis under the IMMEX and / or Maquiladora programs with roughly 1.5B USD as import/export activity a year. It also oversees Eaton's temporary imports and VAT Certification program in order to ensure continued acceptance in the program for $282M USD as benefit a year
Oversee Mexican businesses are in compliance with Mexican VAT Certification requirements, as well as preparing and filing VAT Certification notices, when required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Edible Tanker Bay Person:
Coordinates with USDA all tanker cleaning and transfers of liquid egg for shipment.
Check the paperwork accompanying the tanker.
Document on the Tanker Receiving Log – the date product is received, the product you are receiving, if the product is raw or pasteurized the USDA Certificate number, the person receiving the load, the company receiving the load from, and the total number of pounds of product receiving.
Document and inspect the physical condition of the incoming tanker for – cleanliness, temperature and smell- and take corrective action as needed.
Take a sample to the lab for testing.
Control flow of egg via computer panel & associated flow boards & piping in the old and new silo areas.
Set up transfers by hooking a sanitized unloading hose to the tail end of the tanker and unload the product to the proper silo or tank.
Ensure empty tanks and tankers are cleaned by the Clean in Place (CIP) System.
Communicate with the Cooked Department all edible egg transfers.
Mix liquid egg product with ingredients.
Assist in coordinating tanker shipments.
Control the bulk receiving of chemicals.
Ensure general good housekeeping for the area.
Control the flow of inedible egg product to the inedible tanker bay.
Assist in other areas as needed including working in mixing room mixing product as needed.
As Inedible Tanker Bay Person:
Monitor augers and machinery in the shell room, ensuring they are working properly.
Monitor all chemical pumps, ensuring they are filled and working properly.
Ensure general good housekeeping for the area, clean transfer room floors and machinery and empty bad egg barrels.
Data entry and the paperwork required of the position.
Fill in at all positions in the transfer room as needed

The Vat Room Operator is responsible for hooking up, connect, inspect all product lines for days production. Continually monitor solids, quality and proper cooling of numerous products. Know maximum pounds per hour per product. To assure proper pumping, mixing of numerous egg products simultaneously. Works 12 hour shifts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow all safety procedures, use all PPE's and follow Basic Principle Guide.
To follow proper SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).
To hook up, connect, inspect all product lines for days production
To assure proper pumping, mixing of numerous egg products simultaneously.
To load tanker with correct product and accurate weight, while in production.
Pull samples for Lab from each product shipped.
To achieve correct solids for each product shipped.
Continually monitor solids, quality and proper cooling of numerous products.
Know maximum pounds per hour per product.
To understand ice builder and cooling procedures for summer/winter.
To set up silo assignment on Panel View.
Coordinate silo selection, switching silos while in production.
Complete and file all necessary paperwork for HACCP.
To hook up, connect pipe lines for vat.
To hook up and load and unload tanker.
To operate CIP system on Panel View.
To hook up lines to CIP silo, tanker, load out line and cooling press.
To hook up, connect, inspect and operate cooling press.
Demonstrate proper use and handling of chemicals.
Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed or scheduled.
Able to walk on cement and climb stairs excessively for most of shift.
Practice above average GMP's.
Work with USDA (United States Department of Agriculture).
Conducts self in a professional manner to ensure quality of product and to lead by example for fellow employee
To work as a team with fellow employees.
Communicate with maintenance department.
Prepare liquid schedule for daily production and shipping of product and direct communication to shag drivers
Communicating and implementing new procedures and equipment operation to fellow vat people.
Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP's, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
