SUMMARY
The PRN/Pool Registered Nurse, is responsible for providing age-appropriate, culturally and ethnically sensitive care, maintaining a safe environment, educating patients and their families about healthy practices and treatment modalities, assuring continuity of care, coordinating the care across settings and among caregivers, managing information, communicating effectively, and utilizing technology. QUALIFICATIONS
Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse.
Associates Degree in Nursing
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Card required.
Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience.
PRN staff are required to work a minimum of three (12 hour) shifts per schedule, yet hours are based on the needs of the unit(s) and are not guaranteed. (Length of shifts may vary) PRN staff may sign up in advance based on the needs of their home unit or other units within the department and may also be called when needs arise. PRN staff must be flexible with regard to floating to other areas within the department as needed. They are considered the first to float in order to assure safe staffing requirements across the nursing units.
Weekend Requirements:
One (1) weekend shift per 4- week schedule. (Friday 7pm – Monday 7am)
Holiday Requirements:
Must work two (2) holidays per year: One major (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's) and one minor (Memorial Day, July 4 th , Labor Day or Martin Luther King Day).

Essential Functions include the following
Completely fill out Pre Operational log before starting production run.
Make proper connections from starter room, cream silo, and UF silo for injection.
Maintain legal pasteurization on milk HTST and cream HTST.
Run milk samples at least once per vat and adjust cream and UF milk addition as needed to ensure desired protein/fat ratio.
Add required ingredients into the cheese vat.
Monitor all equipment and recording charts and ensure everything is working correctly and within parameters.
Take milk and whey samples as required.
Monitor pH at pump over and on the tables, adjust starter usage as needed.
Completely and accurately fill out all recording charts.
Record all required information on the make sheets and in the WonderWare.
Complete CIP of milk HTST, vat fill line, starter inject line, cream inject line, UF inject line, cream HTST, cheese vats, and all other equipment that was used during previous days production run.
As ST silos become empty, rinse residual product to the vat. Set up silo for wash and start CIP.
CIP starter cans as needed.
Record chemical concentration checks during CIP's as required.
Return all sample vials to lab after production run.
Perform tasks on Master Sanitation Log as required and record.
Keep standardizing, HTST, and OO area clean.
Maintain a safe work environment.

Position Overview
The Scale House Attendant / Weigh Master is primarily responsible for weighing trucks entering and leaving the sand pit. In addition, this position is responsible for collecting established fees for cash sales, providing information and directing customers in a professional and courteous manner. The Scale House Attendant will be responsible for computation, reconciliation, recordkeeping, and reporting duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Operate a truck scale indicator and weigh trucks accurately.
Effectively and professionally solicit information from internal/external customers (both in person and over the phone) as well as respond to their need for information and assistance with clear and concise verbal directions.
Responsible for coordinating with the superintendent to accurately report production and/or inventory discrepancies.
Perform data entry tasks and generate sales tickets with speed and accuracy.
Download and send all generated tickets, production, inventory adjustments, and cash sales to office in a timely manner.
Generate daily and monthly transaction reports and balancing the stockpile inventory.
Must be able to accurately make change for cash sale customers and accurately maintain the petty cash assigned to the location, reconciling it daily.
Responsible for achieving and maintaining superior housekeeping standards, keeping area free of dust and clutter as much as possible. This includes but is not limited to the scale house, the computer and printer.
Operating a computer for data collection as well as generating sales tickets.
Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Associate Designer will create and develop product for assigned categories and assist the Design and Development Teams to execute the Seasonal Concept direction, line plan style needs, margin requirements, and completion of product. Communicate to vendors and other departments under the direction of the Sr. Designer.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Sr. Designer/Designer in creating the product collections at the beginning of each season
Prepare development creative packages under direction of the Sr. Designer and/or Designer
Prepare SRFs for development tech packets
Assist in the preparation of seasonal product review meetings
Create new artwork for novelty embellished items within the collections
Create new silhouettes for categories within the collections
Support development team by preparing necessary visual tools (i.e. sketches, doll boards, presentation boards, fabric swatches, color standards, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS:
4-Year College Degree Preferred
3+ years' in the apparel design industry, preferably contemporary market
Outstanding sketching and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional taste level desired for Brands
Past experience in business/design with solid understanding of fabrics, finishes, details, trims, fit and construction
Excellent silhouette and trend forecasting ability
Strong sense and passion for print, pattern and details that make the brand and product unique
