Major Responsibilities and Duties: Maintenance and Repair

Tape, float, and texture walls and ceilings.
Select premixed paints or mix required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint to match specified colors.
Paint surfaces, using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers, and apply paint with cloth, brush, sponge, or fingers to create special effects.
Stain, seal, and varnish wood surfaces.

Ensures Schiele lacquer machine optimization within the high speed production process.
Ensures compliance with all company safety rules and procedures
Sets up and operates Schiele lacquer machine on automated milling line to coat the bevels of laminate flooring planks with the correct colors
Monitors machine settings, process and product to ensure quality of product to documented procedures
Troubleshoots process and makes required process paramater adjustments (pressure, tempeerature, position, etc.) to maintain quality of product

What will I be doing?
