Day to Day:

- Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment after treatment, following accepted infection control practices
- Instruct patients on proper postoperative care, teach patients about good oral health
- If directed by a Dentist, and allowed by law, may take impressions or X-Rays
- Document treatment in patient files as transcribed by providers
- Schedule and confirm appointments, answer the phone, assist with patient questions

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
This position is responsible for providing administrative and property management support to the Property Management Team in HTA's Mission Viejo's Management Office. This position will work with Tenants, Building Engineers, Property Managers, Vendors and the Vice President of Operations – Southwest to ensure that customer service standards are exceptional. This position will be responsible for A/R and A/P functions, various levels of tenant/vendor correspondence and troubleshooting, contract administration, budgeting, and property inspections.
