Wind Farm Site Representative
The Site Representative position will be responsible for managing the company contract with its customer at a wind farm. The main functions of this role are; receiving, tracking, processing of claims as part of the warranty claim process, assuring parts replenishment are fulfilled in a timely manner, act on behalf of Gamesa for any contractual obligations, lead the execution of any warranty or sales work as required, monitor SCADA data for trends which could result in additional warranty claims, Quality audits and inspections of preventative or corrective maintenance activities. Position will require the climbing of wind Turbine towers up to 300 ft high
- Responsible for receiving, processing, and tracking of all parts warranty claims, as part of the WMA.
- Collaborate with other departments to assure accurate and efficient resolution to any warranty claims.
- Responsible for managing the parts replenishment, as part of the warranty claims process.
- Monitor SCADA data, to the extent of protecting Gamesa’s rights under the claims process.
- Coordinate and lead any corrective work, as part of the warranty or Sales activities.
- Act as the on-site Gamesa representative, for any matters pertaining to operation of a wind farm (Safety/Quality/Environmental).
- Travel as needed, up to 30%.
