High School Diploma (or GED equivalent) REQUIRED.
Minimum of four (4) months of recent applicable laminating experience or a composites certificate from a Hexcel approved program. Must be willing to work any shift and complete overtime as needed. Must be able to work on elevated work station (scaffolding). Work in and maintain a controlled environment (clean room). Wear all personal protective equipment as required for this position.
Have a solid work history, proven ability to work with minimal supervision, and a positive attitude about safety. Must possess basic computer skills.
Excellent attendance required.
Experience reading, interpreting, and following work instructions, procedures, contracts, drawings, and specifications. Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook email. Strong reading and analytical skills.

Litho Label Laminator Operator
Day to day Responsibilities:
- Set-up laminator accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.
- Inspect labels before run to ensure that label is to specification, particularly trim and registration.
- Ensures that the label storage area is maintained and organized.
- Provide inventory details to sales management an accounting.
- Monitor corrugated sheet quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, and correct size.
- Check glue roll for proper glue application.
- Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
- Maintain file of Mylars for registration for repeat orders.
- Train and assist Stacker with job responsibilities on machine.
- Cross-train on other machines, especially die cutters.
- Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety & Quality Data.
- Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
- Adheres to production schedule. Makes recommendations for optimizing the scheduled to meet cost, quality and service goals. Reports any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor.

Second Press Operator (41254)
Assists Press Operator with press make ready, operating, and maintaining sheet-fed or web offset printing press. This includes inserting packing sheets on plate cylinder to build up plate to printing height, fastening reinforcing bars to offset blankets, and installing plates and blankets on press cylinders, using hand tools and power tools, to achieve pressure required for printing.
Adjusts press machine parts, such as feeder and delivery mechanisms, suction grippers, guides, feed wheels, jogging devices, tapes, and cams, using hand tools. Assist in removing and replacing worn rollers and adjusting pressure between rollers of press, using hand tools. Wash blankets and cleans ink and ink distributing rollers and ink fountains, using ink solvent and cleaning mechanism on press. Assist Press Operator by making necessary color or register corrections and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the quality specifications of the work.
Requires general knowledge of offset presswork procedures and materials. Ability to read and follow job specifications to determine press set-up materials needed to run the job successfully.
Skill to follow instructions to operate equipment safely and produce the desired product. Ability to use micrometer to mount and align the printing plate correctly.
