Visually observe, troubleshoot, and report non-conformance condition (either product or process) to supervisor, or manager as required.

Operation of a laminator, including set up, line speed, splices, quality control functions, operation of process control equipment and testing equipment.
Set up and operate a four-station laminator (Feeder, wet coating laminator, separator and stacker), including set up, machine adjustments, quality reviews, and routine preventative maintenance.
Thin gauged material processing capability a must.
Mix adhesives according to required formulas utilizing proper PPE in protection of known respiratory and contact hazards.
Utilize written production Run Sheets to prepare production equipment for safe, efficient production.
Maintain proper written production, quality and inventory documentation.
Maintain production documentation on AS400 system.
Utilizing quality control procedures follow documented instructions on testing procedures and processes vs. established standards.
Excellent visual inspection capability a must. Moving sheets compared to standard for visual criteria that includes reflective value as well as defect detection and removal.
Perform material handling duties, including forklift use and computer transactions.
Operate and maintain pumping/filtering and flush equipment.
Make machine adjustments, based on product functional characteristics, visual inspection and quality test.
Clean and maintain all equipment.
Remove and replace heavy lamination rollers.
Use tape measures, scales, micrometers, pyrometers, hand tools and hoists.
Follow safety rules as required
General housekeeping duties. Must maintain neat and orderly work area.
Strictly adhere to safety regulations, security regulations and work rules.

QUALIFICATIONS/BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years coating machinery or printing press experience

Lay mylar over label to determine die-cut lead edge and determine print registration tolerances.
Work with crew to maximize efficiency of machine through communication of quality problems, including but not limited to order line-up, loose liner, warp, correct size, print, and flute.

Train with and assist Laminator Operator with job duties.

Cintas is seeking a Mat Roller. Responsibilities include ensuring customer carpeted floor mats are properly processed and stored.
After the floor mats are cleaned and dried, the Mat Roller inserts each mat into a rolling machine where they are rolled for easy storage and transportation. Mats are then stored according to color, size or customer logo. This position is physical in nature and requires the ability to stand for the entire shift, as well as do repeated bending, lifting, stretching and twisting.
Daily accuracy and productivity of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability. Additional responsibilities include housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards.
Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift
