Position Summary: Under general supervision is responsible for editing electronic data supplied by the customer to meet manufacturing specs. Edits customer-supplied data on graphic screen, adjusts line width, spacing, pad size, hole size, copper to edge and plating to manufacturing specifications. Creates panelization to step and repeat one up data onto panel form. Creates AOI, Drill, Rout and Artwork programs. Outputs data to Preproduction electrical test programs. Updates data to current manufacturing specifications or to customer revision changes. Modifies tooling if problems exist. Re-plots productions tooling according to manufacturing needs.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the printed circuit industry and 2 years as a CAM operator. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Senior Industrialization Engineer, Printed Circuit Boards
Under general direction, supports the introduction of new products to the manufacturing facility in accordance with the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes. Works with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure optimum product and process design for manufacturability. Develops and implements manufacturing layout and processes and associated documentation, estimates manufacturing cost, and coordinates execution of prototype and pilot activities. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. May lead small special project teams within or external to the Industrialization group.
The selected candidate will understand PCB assembly and manufacturing processes and constraints. S/he will have a solid understanding of design for manufacturing and design for compliance methodologies associated with printed circuit board assembly. S/he will be proficient in IPC-A-610, soldering processes, coatings, underfill, manufacturing test, high density designs, through hole and surface mount technologies, board stackup and pad designs, design rules and tuning manufacturing processes.
- Actively serve as the Industrialization representative, in all phases, on NPI/Continuation Engineering project teams.
- Collaborate with design team to transition PCBA from development to manufacturing and works very closely to the team in defining design for assembly guidelines.

We are currently seeking candidates for PCB Assembler for our Build Department.
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Assemble printed circuit boards by placing component parts in or on the proper location and orientation
- Prepare assembled printed circuit boards by “masking” or otherwise covering areas not to be soldered
- Solder parts onto boards (Touch-Up)
- Prepare parts for assembly by bending and or cutting components as instructed
- Component identification knowledge required

Candidates for this position must be able to perform the physical layout of multilayer cards which contain high density, high speed digital, analog and radio frequency circuits.
