Production Machine Operator (Evg) - 2Nd Shift

Operate, set-up, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot EVG shelf fabrication system, all stations. Assist in monitoring quality of product/process, monitor safety on equipment, job functions, and assist in employee training.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Maintains communication flow with supervisor, employee and team leaders on changes, concerns, or feedback to the department's operation and process.
Insures that shelving product is being produced to standards of quality and quantity.
Accurately uses quality gauges to monitor the production process and log information.
Operates forklift, tugger and pallet jack as required (with certifications).
Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
Interact with necessary computer related equipment to monitor process.
Operates and cross trains on every support station of EVG fabrication.
Provide hand tools not supplied by the department.
Assists in production mechanical changeovers.
Maintains appropriate control of tools and parts.
Assists maintenance as required during repairs and PM's.
Maintains good housekeeping standards
High School Diploma or GED
Lockout/Tagout, Forklift, and EVG Operator Certification (Once Hired)
Must have the ability to work in a team environment and maintain regular attendance
Must be able to work overtime as business need dictates

The Batch Mixer / Machine Operator has the primary function of processing or blending Woodland Foods products in accordance with our quality and food safety standards.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Report all production activities for each production run into database
Weigh ingredients according to batch sheets and add to mixers

1St Shift - Production Equipment Operator - Packaging Machine
The Occasions Group, the first choice in personalized communications for life's events, is seeking a Full Time Shipping/Packaging Machine Operator. This position will be responsible for working in a fast-paced team that oversees a shrink wrapping machine. This machine continuously feeds orders through the shrink wrapping process in a timely manner. We are in need of a team member to quality check and package up completed orders, put them together in a box, and stack them on pallets to be brought to our shipping department. They will then be loaded onto trucks and shipped out of our facility.
Shift Available: Full-time; Mon-Thurs 6a-3p, and Fri 6a-12p.

Machine Operator Production (Ft/Second Shift)
Position operates one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment. This may include moving raw material handling to the production line, and/or filling, capping, sealing, labeling or packaging product. Removes damaged products or supplies, as needed. Position responsible for production, package, and flavor changeovers. Maintains required product inspection processes. Performs basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.

Receives work assignments from Supervisor or Production Assistant.
Sets up the various pieces of equipment or manual operations with assistance at times from engineering or maintenance personnel.
Produces large shunt products using above mentioned equipment, closely following specifications which includes punching or drilling holes, calibrating, welding, soldering, testing and packaging.
Manual operations are also required that might include cutting boards, board attach, manual soldering, attach bushings, scotch brite, deburring, visualing, packaging, etc.
Other duties include moving materials, loading ovens, stabilization, tumbling, washing, drying, making labels, rework, etc.
Use of company computers for the purpose of I-Clock and Prod Info entries are required.

Follows the rules with regards to LEAN 5S principals. Performs 5S audits on a consistent basis.
