- Salary Range: $18.00 to $23.00 an Hour Plus Bonus Eligibility
To provide support to the Product Development Department and Purchasing support to the business lines. Responsible for all Putter Component Inventory.
Duties include but are not limited to;
Responsible for creating Purchase Orders for new product developed.
Enter PO Requisitions in systems, obtain approval signature and send to purchasing for processing.
Verify that product is received on time in correct quantities.
Maintains accurate spreadsheets for product launches and distributes as required.
Maintains Putter Inventory. Create PO requisitions and submit to Purchasing Department for PO's to be issued on putter components. Enters all data from requisitions into required systems with quantities, units of measure, prices to maintain perpetual inventory on all raw materials.
Enters and creates product SKU's in Retail Pro and maintains monthly internal transfer paperwork etc.
Serves as the primary back up for the Authentication and Shipping Lead.
Maintains a current file of PO's to verify against orders, open and received; distributes order copies, files and mail; converts files at year-end to current year and place old orders in storage.
Inspect all new product received, that it meets our quality standards. Work with vendors to complete DMR's for product that does not pass our inspection. Expedites, as necessary, delivery of materials with appropriate quantities, delivery schedule and transportation arrangements.
Responsible for running weekly inventory reports in Retail Pro for Gallery and Barn. Meets with lead product developer and General Manager as needed to review inventory levels and product transfers. Work on yearly product line plans with product developer.
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
One year of experience in Purchasing required. Demonstrated ability to work with figures and to have strict attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced skill set with MS office (Word, Excel) and an exceptionally strong technological ability, ability to adapt to and fully maximize use of new technologies. Experience with AGS software and Retail Pro desired.
Able to sit for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to fifteen (15) pounds.

The primary responsibility of the Kitchen
Assistant is to set tables, bus tables, wash dishes, assist the Cook as needed
and complete cleaning duties. Maintaining
a clean kitchen/dining area and a positive social environment for the residents
are most important.
- Thoroughly wash all
dishes, cookware, flatware and utensils.
- Properly maintain all
- Monitor water
temperature and/or chemical compounds as appropriate to ensure the prevention
of food borne illness and the spread of communicable disease.
- Clean all work areas
following established cleaning schedules.
- Prepare, wash and
store dishes following each meal.
- Assist in serving, if
- Assist Cooks in
preparing foods and cleaning food serving areas and equipment.
- Set up serving carts
for each meal as required.
- Assist in busing
tables and prepare dishes for washing.
- Clean dining room
tables and chairs. Vacuum and clean
dining room area.
- Assist serving associates
in preparing the dining room for the next meal service.
- Assist in laundering
and pressing linens and other washable items used in the Dining Services area.
- Deliver and retrieve trays
to resident apartments as needed.
- Work as part of the Dining
Services team to ensure smooth, efficient and safe operation of the kitchen.
- Help contribute to
high quality Dining Services operations by paying attention to food presentation
and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal
- Adhere to prescribed
sanitation practices and procedures.
- Attend and
participate in all meetings and training as directed by Company policy and the
Dining Services Director.
- Maintain high
standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper
uniform and name tag when on duty.
- Be constantly
watchful of signs that residents are not able to function independently or a
change in resident's behavior. Report
all signs to the Dining Services Director following the Company policies and

deferred maintenance, vandalism or hazardous situations to the Dining Services
Director as discovered and take appropriate action as necessary.

Required skills and qualifications:
- Must be a
minimum of 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one (1) year of related food serving
- Must pay attention to detail, be
flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must possess good organizational, rapport
building, and communication skills.
- Must possess, or
be willing to obtain, current food handler permit and certification of
Hepatitis A vaccinations where required.
- Must have a
positive Criminal Background Screening.
- Must pass a
physical having no signs or symptoms of a communicable disease including
tuberculosis where required. Freedom from tuberculosis must be documented on an
annual basis where required.
- The Community is
