As the Business Intelligence Developer, you will work with First Hand, Cerner and external Partner resources to create, implement and maintain a fluid, end-to-end vision for data flow through the organization. Senior Occupational Therapist Full Time Certified Hand Therapist OPT
Provides independent occupational therapy management of patients, under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation or designee. Provides occupational therapy services in specialized patient care clinics, and assists in the development, implementation, and review of departmental patient care programs.
Evaluates patients and interprets evaluation findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction. Establishes treatment goals and plans treatment to achieve established goals.
Initiates discharge planning for occupational therapy. Implements the treatment plan through direct treatment of the patient, delegates a portion of the treatment plan to appropriate supportive personnel, and coordinates the treatment program with other health care personnel as appropriate.
Provides advice and education to patient and family. Evaluates need for and trains patient/family in the use of special equipment or devices and adapts as necessary e.g., splints, slings, prosthesis, A.D.L equipment or refers to other disciplines as necessary for effective treatment.

Barnes Aerospace Windsor Division is seeking an energetic and detail oriented individual to perform a variety of burring operations on aircraft parts. If you are an individual that takes pride in creating a quality product and enjoys a diverse, fast-paced environment, please submit your resume for further consideration.
Perform a variety of duties to burr and break edges on aircraft engine parts according to instructions contained in operation sheets.
Work from operations sheets or instructions from parts coordinator or department supervisor.
As outlined in operations sheets, gather tools and other equipment needed to deburr parts.
Layout abrasives and air guns required for each part or operation. If needed, set-up holding devices such as rotary and hydraulic tables. Use carbide drills, emery cratex and flat wheels, PSA discs, buffing and wire sheets and diamond files according to the operation requirements.
Operate burr guns of different configurations or buffing machines to bring about dimensions required on operations sheets. Prepare first piece and submit along with appropriate documentation to In-Process Inspector. Inspect own work using micrometers, calipers, verniers, GO-NOGO gage blocks and pins and visual aids.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area in accordance with 6S principles.
Comply with all safety regulations including wearing required protective equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing environment.
Good mathematical skills.

Assist in the development of the EXOS rehabilitation system in accordance with all local, state, and national laws and regulations, as well as licensing and insurance certification

Clean and DeBurr
Clean parts and blocks as instructed, performing operations such as file burrs and sharp edges, re-ream, re-tap for proper assembly, disassemble and assemble parts to perform cleaning operations. Blend and polish areas deburred.
Wash parts in wash tank or steam clean and blow dry. Sand blast smaller parts as required. Clean holes, drill and tap by hand, using gages to check parts is in accordance with specifications.
Water and hydro test parts. May be required to use imprex machine to identify and repair porosity problems. Perform work to blueprint instructions.
Templates may be used to grind contours as needed. Stamp with proper identification as needed. Paint with filler as specified. Work to tolerances of ± .001.
Weldment Clean and Shot Blast
Chips, grind and wire brush weld splatter from weldments. Disc sand surfaces.
Paint parts with cold water paint, plug openings, test for leaks. Drill and tap covers for layout.
Load pieces into shot blast booth. Puts on personal protective equipment.
Shot blasts castings or weldments to remove scale, dirt or rust. Add shot to the machine as required and make minor repairs and adjustments.
Apply masking equipment to liners, plug holes, fill liner jacket water passage are with heresite, rotate 180 degrees each way. Remove plugs and drain heresite.
Clean excess heresite from liners. Bake in over for required periods. Spray and back injection hold openings on jacket.
Re-tap threads and check dimensions with thread gage. Also perform heresite operation on other miscellaneous parts as required. Tolerances held to .0015 minimum thickness.
Clean booth, wash plugs and bands with thinner, light and tend oven. Cob blast rusted parts as required.
Operate parco tanks to rust proof parts, performing duties such as dip parts in oakite solution to clean, move to rinse tank, move to granoseal solution, leave in solution time necessary to complete oxidation process, move to rinse tank and then to soluble oil solution. Load and unload cylinder liner boxes and stage cylinder liners for parco process.
Rework liners as required. Hand tap cylinder liners after process is completed. Perform maintenance duties such as clean tanks, mix solutions to laboratory specifications, test solutions for proper strength.
May be required to assist with maintenance of paint records, and lift medium weight materials by hand, hoist or crane.
