Surgical Technologist- 60 Hours Every Two Weeks, 10 Hour Shifts

This position is 60 hours every two weeks, with weekend and holiday rotation.
The Surgical/Minor Procedure Technologist is an unlicensed assistive person who works under the supervision of a surgeon/proceduralist, circulating Registered Nurse or other licensed practitioners, to help ensure that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. The surgical technologist handles instruments, equipment and supplies necessary for the procedure, performing tasks that include but are not limited to performance of aseptic technique, setting up the sterile field, handing instruments/equipment to the surgeon/proceduralist, labeling medications on the back table, preparing sterile dressings, care of instruments, participating in sponge, needle and instrument counts and participating in the sign in, timeout and sign out of procedures.
Essential Functions:
1.Implements protective measures to prevent skin or tissue injury due to heat sources, lasers, and external pressure applied by heavy instruments/equipment or by members of the operative/procedural team.
2.In collaboration with the RN circulator, monitors the sterile field and operative team for breaks in technique or compromise to the sterile field to prevent potential adverse clinical events such e.g. infection.
3.Ensures that the use of instruments, supplies and equipment does not compromise patient or team safety by employing principles of safe instrument and equipment handling.
4.Properly identifies, collects, and transfers specimens to RN circulator as directed by surgeon/proceduralist.
5.Participates in and performs needle, sponge and instrument counts as established in hospital policy.
6.Implements latex precautions as needed, protecting patients at risk with latex allergy/sensitivity from exposure to natural rubber by hospital policy and guidelines.
7.In collaboration with the surgical team, actively participates in the Universal Protocol Sign In, TIME OUT, and Sign Out for each procedure

Overview
The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of Information Technology (IT) processes, systems and emerging technologies including general computer controls, SAP, cloud computing, cybersecurity, privacy, data loss prevention, and mobile computing.

Contribute towards building IA's knowledge, technical tools and capabilities at the individual and team level

Qualifications

Senior Counsel
Position Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to have an attorney with significant commercial transactions experience work closely with the NAA sales and procurement organizations and to support our T2020 program execution, increasing IT needs and Indirect Procurement organization following insourcing. Key required skills are drafting and negotiation experience in a variety of commercial contracts (product sales, rebates, confidentiality, RFI/RFQ, raw material purchases, services/consulting contracts and IT related contracts) to manage more commercial contracts.
In-depth knowledge of contract formation, Battle of the Forms, contract issue spotting, drafting compromise provisions and issue spotting with third party templates are all required. The attorney takes on work assignments and works independently to manage certain commercial contracts and provide client counseling.
Activities & Accountabilities:
Sales
Utilize Trinseo templates to prepare commercial contracts relating to: product sales, sales rebates, confidentiality and RFIs/RFQs to support the needs of the latex and performance plastics sales organizations. This will include distribution agreements.
Interview Company's business representatives to determine Company's needs for a particular new commercial relationship. Select suitable Trinseo template as a starting point.
Revise template to reflect the particular circumstances of the new commercial relationship and needs of the Company.
Negotiate contracts with third parties.
Prepare and respond to counter-proposals.
This will also involve working from 3rd party proposals instead of Trinseo templates.
Administration - Template Management & Data Protection/Privacy
Revise and update templates as necessary based on instructions from more senior Trinseo attorneys.
Distribute and maintain updated catalog of templates for the Company.
Develop and Maintain Pre-Authorized Fall Back Positions.
Develop company practices associated with data protection and data privacy.
Procurement
Indirect procurement contracts, such as: logistics, warehousing, miscellaneous business services, credit card services, private jet, and the like.
Prepare, negotiate, and respond as described above.
T2020 Program Support & Increasing IT Needs
- Draft and negotiate agreement with software cloud vendors, hosting providers, developers, end-users and enterprise companies in drafting and negotiating
SaaS agreements, SaaS contracts, SaaS Subscription Agreements, Cloud Computing Agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Master Service
Agreements and End User License Agreements (EULA).
- Work closely with T2020 PMO.
Responsibilities:
In addition to close collaboration with Trinseo's attorneys, the position requires interfacing directly with Trinseo's customer facing organizations
Sales/Technical Solutions & Development) and Finance (revenue recognition) to ensure that Trinseo's contractual and SOX requirements are being met.
Experience with IT systems and commercial relationships is required.

Education: JD
Experience – 3 to 5 years of dedicated commercial contracts experience with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating IT, sales and procurement contracts. Experience with SAP – license and cloud subscriptions, Microsoft – Enterprise Agreement and cloud subscriptions, Accenture – consulting services, hosting agreements, etc., AT&T – telecommunication services, IBM – IT and outsourced business services.
Communication: Excellent verbal, written and instructional communication skills.
Professional demeanor in both email communications and conference calls.
Strong knowledge of corporate and contractual law, including international trade agreements and treaties (NAFTA, CISG, etc.) is a plus.
In depth understanding of IT infrastructure and technology architecture as it relates to data storage and protection. Sound knowledge of electronic discovery based on direct involvement in the planning and/or successful use of eDiscovery software and services.
