What You Will Be Doing
Supervise, coordinate and review work of geotechnical staff within the Civil Engineering Division
Assist the Vice President Civil Engineering in the hiring of staff and their performance evaluation
Mentor geotechnical staff; providing explanations of technical and constructability issues, QA/QC comments of reports, and required communications with clients and/or contractors
Conduct site visits with geotechnical staff to review site conditions exposed by construction, construction means and methods, job site safety issues, and conformance of work with design intent and project specifications
Market geotechnical and dam engineering services to new and existing public and private sector clients

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Function as a project manager for water and wastewater treatment.
§ Monitor production and cost containment procedures
§ Oversee the scheduling of projects and staffing for assigned projects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited university, with 10-15 years of professional consulting experience preferred.
