Candidates Must:
- Be available to work Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with Rotational On-Call
- Have a clean driving record.
- Have Experience with residential: Oil Burners, Hot Water, Forced Hot Air, and Steam System, Oil Tank Maintenance and Installation
- Have experience with tools, including power tools and diagnostics/testing equipment.

Job Description:
Remove excess metal with the use of a torch and air-arc.
Essential Tasks:
Set an example of excellent performance while keeping safety in mind, and performing your assigned tasks in the safest manner as possible, and to encourage co-workers to strive for excellence while maintaining a safe working environment.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to, removing risers, excess metal with use of a burning torch, Placing removed metal in a scrap pan with a jib crane for recycling, and you will be using an arc-air torch to carbon-arc burned areas flush.
Equipment / Tools Used:
Burning torch, arc-air torch, chipping scaler, jib crane.
Requirements:
No educational requirements; on the job training will be conducted.
This position requires blood testing for heavy metals.
Typical Work Conditions:
You will be working in dusty and warm environments with noise exposure up to 85 dbs For an average of 8 hours a day.
Information and Training on Hazardous Waste and Materials: CSCC will provide its employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals, hazardous waste, or materials that are potential exposures in the workplace.
Information will be provided to employees at least annually and upon your initial assignment and whenever a new hazard is introduced. Training will include the identification of hazardous materials/wastes, proper accumulation & handling & disposal of hazard materials/wastes, and the safety data sheets (if applicable) associated with each. Training will also include basic emergency response procedures, emergency equipment and systems, evacuation plans, and other elements of the Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan.
CSCC will update our hazard communication program and workplace labeling as new hazard information becomes available. All employees at CSCC are responsible to know and understand the hazards associated with their tasks. If the employee does not understand the hazards it is their responsibility to acquire that information prior to starting any task.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the installation of security systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with the Installation Technician to plan, schedule and install assigned projects
Works with the Installation Technician to maintain construction schedule and coordinates own task scheduling with other trades
Monitors the performance of subcontractors and reports progress to the Project Manager and/or Installation Technician
Keeps supervisors informed of progress
Responsible for the adequate and accurate time posting of all hours worked

Machine Operator - Melter Apprentice

This position is an entry level or screening position which reports to the Production Supervisor. The incumbent is in the process of acquiring the skills and knowledge required to Electron Beam melt titanium crystal and solids as well as the ability to perform all ancillary functions associated with the operation of an Electron Beam furnace. Initially all tasks performed require direct supervision.
Position Responsibilities
The position requires the incumbent to learn and demonstrate proficiency of the operational procedures of the melting department (the 57 series of the Standard Operating Procedures)
In addition, the incumbent must learn all safety and emergency procedures applicable to the job
Must be able to work a rotating shift
Wear a respirator as needed
Good written and oral communication skills as well as sound judgment are required since this position functions in a complex operating environment
Perform associate lifting of 25-50lbs
Working in confined spaces and heat extremes
Perform repetitive tasks
The incumbent will work directly with a Lead Melter, Tech II Melter or Tech I Melter until judged to be proficient enough, in a particular procedure, to work independently on the tasks of the procedure.
