The Bai Production Worker Lead will perform the same duties as a production worker by positioning parts or materials for processing, routine machine care and setup, feed machine hoppers with stock and transports and packs finished product, loads packaging machines, verifies weights of filled containers, removes foreign material from conveyor belts and acts as a lead to other production workers.

Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available.
Operate production equipment in a timely manner, efficient manner in order to produce quality product.
Monitor and follow all production line and facility safety regulations.
Lead existing and train new production staff, including filling in on any part of production line as needed.
Perform quality checks.
Visually inspect production run and document results.
Maintain a clean and safe working area at all times.
Identify production line equipment and maintenance needs.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
