What this opportunity involves:
In this role, you will support the JLL Facilities Manager and wider team in coordinating all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management. In addition, you will maintain statutory compliance, handle operational approval, invoicing and reporting, coordinate tender processes, and implement procurement policies and procedures and other tasks as required. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

As the successful applicant, you will be a confident self-starter who is looking to continue or commence a successful career in Facilities Management/ Property. You thrive on providing superior customer service, enjoy building relationships with people, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work autonomously. You will have excellent PC literacy, a high attention to detail, and the ability to interface with clients at all levels.
