What would you do? – The Specifics
Greet customers in a friendly manner and ensure high quality customer service.
Instruct customers on insertion and removal of contact lenses according to company protocol.
Provide contact lens patients information on the care and maintenance of their new contact lens.
Accurately and completely enter contact lens orders in the POS system.
Promote sales of the Eye Care Club.
Ensure all customer paperwork is completed accurately to prevent cash overage/storage.
Assist in dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to customers, where applicable by law.
Manage contact lens supplies.
Ensure all company portal functions are done accurately on a daily basis, which includes; appointment scheduling, rebooks, confirmation call backs, training assessments, store tasks and questions from managed care and the labs etc.

Optical sales experience. Supervising experience is preferred.
Maintain Optical license in states that require licensure.
Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.

Working with Research and Development cross-functional teams, the Opto-Mechanical Lens Design Engineer will apply advanced knowledge of ophthalmic lens design to advance contact lens designs through project stages, from research through product launch.
Job Description
Applies state-of-the art knowledge of novel ophthalmic lenses (scleral, hybrid and soft contact lenses) to deliver innovative vision care solutions.
Provides direct support to Vision Care contact lens projects as a core or sub-team member.
Develops designs using state-of-the-art mechanical and opto-mechanical design systems and methods.
Collaborates with peers, third party suppliers and internal customers to define design specifications and tolerances.
Collaborates with Lens Metrology group to define and develop methods.
Collaborates with R&D team to advance new contact lens designs through project stages, including transfer to Supply Chain.
Develops and manages contact lens design documentation to support product registration.
Performs technology landscape assessments, selection of enabling technologies and management of 3rd party suppliers.
