POSITION SUMMARY:
Schedules and supervises employees to effectively provide installation of plumbing and HVAC systems and other construction services in new construction settings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
♦ Supervises and delegates service employees, which includes assisting in hiring and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling and training employees, completing time sheets, evaluating performance and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations.
♦Interfaces with builders, contractors, architects, building inspectors and project managers to identify service needs and maintain good customer relations.

Renewal Agent - Must Have Active Florida Real Estate License (2018-02-107)
MUST HAVE ACTIVE FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE
The Renewal Agent will use their expertise to influence tenant vacate notices towards renegotiation of a lease through the renewal process by proactively connecting with tenants prior to lease renewal. This position will send notifications, manage lease renewal requirements, determine pricing and engage in term negotiations, addendums, amendments, home inspections and filing of proper documentation with the tenant. The Renewal Agent will act as a liaison providing exemplary service support to the client and District Manager. Description of Essential Job Functions

Performs advanced inspections using technical drawings and specifications in all phases of construction with regard to quality, quantity of materials, installation methods used and conformity to specifications and recognized industry standards. Major/Essential Functions
Performs all periodic elevator inspections as mandated by the Texas Department of licensing and regulation. Reviews new construction project plans and cost estimates with emphasis on elevators.
Conducts routine on site inspection of work in progress to determine compliance with contract documents, quality of work & materials. Reports contract deficiencies to the project manager. Maintains a daily log of site activities at construction site.
Review drawings & specifications before bidding & submitter of documents before commencement of any work. Notifies the appropriate project manager of any discrepancies found. Reviews include compliance with national, sate and local codes.
Makes decisions on technical, administrative and management problems identified by periodic and random inspection of elevators.
Administers elevator service contracts. Prepares reports and correspondence and conducts studies as to elevator callbacks, maintenance exams and repairs.
Must hold a maintain the ASME QEI-1 National Elevator Inspectors license. Must hold and maintain the State of Texas Elevator Inspector License.

GENERAL STATEMENT:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Speech Therapist works under the supervision of the Day Services Program Coordinator. This employee will schedule the workday in such a way that supervision and services are provided in an effective manner consistent with ILS policies, procedures and Federal and State laws/regulations. This employee will be on call during off duty hours for emergencies as necessary. The Speech Therapist will maintain an office at Profiles in the therapy area. This position is a member of a team effort and has responsibilities of coordinating and supervising other therapy needs at Profiles.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as a member of the individual's team to identify and advocate for the individual's need for speech therapy services. (A person must be authorized by the individual/parent/guardian as appropriate, to be a part of the planning team.)
Perform appropriate evaluations and/or assessments as needed or required to identify the need for speech therapy and/or progress made during treatment. Complete all evaluations/assessments within time frames specified by funding sources.
Develop speech therapy programs for residents as indicated on their individual service/habilitation plan.
Provide direct therapy and all supporting documentation as required by Medicaid and other funding sources. Develops treatment plans from physician's orders and evaluation results.
Provide indirect therapy through programs developed for implementation by other habilitative staff.
Develop resources or recommended purchase of necessary equipment that would assist in the provision of speech therapy.
Modifies treatment and equipment when necessary in response to development and progress with present treatment.
Provide staff training as needed.
Participates in all staff meetings and staff trainings as required by Profiles and ILS.
Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding ILS and the confidentiality shall be in compliance with ILS non-disclosure policy.

Summary:
Social Worker/Therapistwill assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, and will develop a crisis plan for continuation of services related to individual consumers. He or she will be responsible for all incident documentation, and will be the on-site resource for any relevant clinical information, as well as the liaison for collaboration with other involved parties including families, friends, and other community providers.

Perform a diagnostic assessment
Perform an on scene assessment and treatment plan

Your primary responsibility will be developing the backend using Flask (http://flask.pocoo.org/) for the http interface, Ceph (http://ceph.com/) and PostgreSQL (https://www.postgresql.org/) to manage the storage and search operations, respectively.
We interact very closely with our business and sales teams using agile development. We have many opportunities to design and develop innovative solutions to accomplish ever-growing customer requirements.
