Commercial Loan Servicer 1
Responsible for the daily activities associated with servicing commercial loan portfolios. Responsible for accurate completion of transactions and maintenance of the loan. Some of the daily transactions include; responding to client queries, processing advances, payments, updating rates, reconciliation, updating payment methods, preparing payoff letters, calculating prepayment penalties, preparing satisfactions, working with external counsel on preparation of assignments, responding to billing and payment inquiries, booking all loan types. The Light Rail Transit (LRT) Helper meets the train operators, performs safety inspections, and performs cleaning and removal of graffiti and biohazard substances/materials. This position also removes vehicle protection film and replaces seats for light rail vehicles.
Work shifts for new hires are typically third (3rd) shift. Please note: All employees who are hired and/or transfer to LRV Maintenance positions will have a one-year time commitment per the bargaining unit contract.

What you would do in this job:

Performs safety inspections as required.

What education and experience are required for this job (minimum qualifications)
High School diploma/GED
At minimum one (1) year verifiable professional full-time equivalent cleaning work experience in a related work environment such as commercial/industrial/institutional environments. Experience must be at least 20 hours per week and should include all or most of the following duties: general cleaning, washing windows, graffiti removal, litter pickup, and stripping and waxing floors and working with biohazard substance/material such as bodily-fluid, urine, blood, vomit, etc.
Experience with basic maintenance/mechanical or repair.
Must be able to be fitted for respirator use.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Currently holds, or have the ability to obtain a Class "B" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) which includes the required endorsements of General Knowledge and Air Brake. You must have the CDL permit at the time of hire.

Mobile Equipment Servicer
VSE Corporation is seeking a Mobile Equipment Servicer for our North Fort Hood Texas Facility to perform the following duties:
Under the supervision of the Site Manager or designated Supervisor.
This Position is responsible for participating in receiving, inspecting, documenting, storing, issue and re-issue of all categories of military equipment.
Must insure that accountability of all military equipment going out on issues and being returned/stored is maintained and proper documentation is performed.
Must be capable of performing PMCS on various military equipment using a 10 Level manual. Must be able to identify vehicle BII utilizing TM's and ensure BII is annotated properly on hand receipts.
Must be able to make 10 level repairs on equipment and have basic knowledge of general hand tools.
Must be capable of performing inventories in a warehouse environment in an accurate and timely manner.
Must possess the physical ability to perform the job while standing for long periods of time.
Must perform assigned tasks with a minimum of supervision
Must be able to work in a team environment with customers, engineers and other personnel to complete the task.
Must be an effective communicator to maintain continuous liaison with supported activities
Must possess a valid State Commercial Driver License, or be able to obtain a CDL within 90 days of start date. Failure to comply is justification for dismissal. and other duties as assigned.
Applicant must successfully pas motor vehicle record report.
Must have general technical experience in an engineering or technical discipline that is relevant to the specific work assigned.
Moderate background in operation of military equipment to include operator level maintenance and repairs.
Minimum Education/Experience: High School diploma desired.
Technical training in a related technical discipline or related science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. One year of relevant experience may be substituted for one year of education in the appropriate curriculum.
Technician I Technical Training and/or experience 2 years
Must have current CDL or be able to obtain CDL within first 90 days of employment.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug, background and driver record screening.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide for the timely and effective aircraft servicing of all aircraft to ensure successful launch when required. Aircraft servicing includes: the cleaning of aircraft windshields, wiping down aircraft, as necessary, in order to assure aircraft are neat and clean in appearance, inspection and servicing of aircraft fluids normally found in ATA chapter 12, or applicable DoD sections of the maintenance manual, as necessary, on each daily inspection
For all aircraft and support equipment, conduct towing, positioning, chocking, grounding, hangaring, tie-down and covering in accordance with CBP AMO directive
High school Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of relevant experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Secret clearance with the ability to pass a SSBI
Valid Driver's License
Positions may be subjected to random drug tests
Military technical school degree
