POSITION SUMMARY: Assumes responsibility for the organization of the nurse's station and monitors all related activity. Performs multiple clerical duties necessary for maintaining complete and correct kardex, clinical charts, records, charges and reports. Performs a variety of receptionist duties within assigned areas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
Transcribes all orders from the patient charts onto the chart and medication sheets. Completes all paperwork and telephone notifications related to those procedures. Notifies the RN of all STAT/Now orders.
Organizes and maintains patient records by filing reports on the appropriate charts, calling for old records on all admissions, thinning charts, copying reports, assembling charts and ensuring completeness.
Coordinates communication with physicians, staff, patients and families through use of telephone and intercom systems.
Completes documentation related to unit activity such as current census, patient admissions, discharges, transfers, surgeries, Nursing Station Activity Sheet and diet sheets under the direction of the Head Nurse.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: The following duties are considered secondary to the primary duties listed above:
Runs errands as requested by nurses on duty, including drug basket to drug room, goods from Central Supply, medications from Pharmacy, etc.
Ensures adequate inventory of supplies and materials by assessing available space and ordering daily and weekly supplies according to the standard.
Enters data on the computer.
Participates in the orientation and acts as a preceptor for other Unit Clerks under the direction of the Unit Clerk instructor, Head Nurse or Charge Nurse.
Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

The Boiler Operator operates, maintains, and repairs boilers and large tonnage chillers, in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. The operator fires boilers and stops and starts high pressure boilers, large tonnage chillers, and large HP air compressors. (i.e. 25hp and above). The operator observes and interprets readings on gauges, meters, and charts which register various aspects of boiler operation.
The operator adjusts controls to insure safe and efficient boiler operation and to meet demands for steam or high temperature water, in accordance with AFI and PWS. The operator maintains boiler operation log; cleans, oils, and makes minor repairs to boiler room equipment; and following prescribed methods, treats boiler water with chemicals and analyze boiler water for such things as acidity, causticity, and alkalinity.
Required Skills

- Apprenticeship Minimum Starting Rate - $13.19, with regular, scheduled pay increases as part of the Apprenticeship Program -- increases may be accelerated through early completion of apprentice training and achievement of program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Load rolls of paper onto automatic splicing unit of web offset printing press.
Inspect rolls of paper for blemishes or tears and cuts away damaged area with knife.
Roll paper into loading position on automatic splicer, insert shaft of automatic splicer through roll core, secure holding chucks of automatic splicer to shaft ends, and thread paper through press components to prepare press for printing.
Apply adhesive strip to backup roll and insert backup roll onto automatic splicing unit of press to prepare paper for automatic splicing.

May operate mechanical truck to transport rolls of paper to press area.

Under the supervision of the Facilities Management Team, the Control Room Tender is responsible for assisting with all end user requests including: creating service tickets in the HotSOS program, staffing of the Facilities Control Room around the clock to serve as a centralized dispatch center for the Facilities Department. The Tender manages and tracks tbe service orders along with the call off logs, and provides around the clock monitoring for all critical Casino building systems including the Casino Fire Alarm Panel Building Automation System, and Emegency Generator Enunciators. This role must also have a documented customer service and communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in promoting brand loyalty by engaging in exceptional customer service to both our external and internal customers.
Manages Fire Systems consisting of: establishing communication with the Fire Panel service vendor to place system in and out of bypass. Communicates with Surveillance, DPS, Fire Marshal, Safety & Loss Control, and other key departments in regards to any action with the Fire Systems. Engages in the fire drill and executing emergency evacuation plan protocol. Monitors, tracks, and responds to Trouble, Supervisory, and/or Alarm events activated on the Fire Alarm System Panel. Communicates smoke head read-outs monthly to management.
Monitors and makes changes as needed to building HVAC systems: temperatures throughout the Casino, Boiler Room equipment, Central Plant chillers, plate and frame, condensers, and cooling towers per HVAC mechanic and management recommendations; monitor Surveillance, IT, and electrical room AC temperatures. Tracks carbon monoxide levels and reports if/when there is an issue.
Performs monitoring of Electrical systems. Monitors and communicates the status of the UPS systems, generators, and switch gear. Tracks and adjusts interior and exterior lighting.
Receives all Facilities department service orders. Assigns service order numbers, logs service orders, and distributes to appropriate . divisions within the Facilities Department.
Fields and directs all incoming radio requests and calls to the appropriate division; maintains a log of all calls and creates service orders which require so.
Reports any issues with the auto-walks, elevators and escalators. Schedules appropriate vendor when needed. Notifies resident auto-walk, elevator, and escalator vendor technician when issues are reported.
Notifies appropriate Facilities Management and Safety Divisin staff when any patron and/or employee incident occurs. Logs the incident log with accurate information for later use if needed by Claims Department.
Receives all call-offs from the various divisions; documents and posts in the share drive.

Summary
Boiler tenders/operators are responsible for all aspects of boiler plant operation including, but not limited to, scheduling and coordinating and assisting in boiler inspections, daily operator maintenance and inspection, maintaining and analyzing logs and records, periodic operation and inspection of idle equipment. Boiler plants and equipment shall operate equipment IAW Industrial Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Boiler operator typically works in facilities like power plants or boiler, engine, and mechanical rooms. Can be responsible for all of the systems that generate heat or electricity in a facility. Some of the equipment that they are responsible for includes:
Low-pressure boilers
High-pressure boilers
Power boilers
Steam boilers
Hot water heating systems
Boiler operator will make manual adjustments to this equipment during its servicing.
Operates and maintains high pressure steam boilers (above 15 psi), or high pressure/high temperature water boilers (above 160 psi at 250 degrees Fahrenheit) for the production of facility heating, hot water and/or electrical generation.
Operates and maintains auxiliary equipment such as water softeners, boiler feed pumps, fuel conveyors, vacuum pumps and circulating pumps.
Boiler operator must perform routine maintenance on the equipment and systems in the facility, using hand or power tools to perform tasks like replacing defective valves, filters, or steam gauges on a heating system.
Operator tests the boiler water and balances it with chemicals, if needed, to prevent corrosive deposits from damaging the boiler system.
Boiler operator will watch the system during operation and attend to any additional problems or detected safety issues.
Monitors water levels, pressure readings, fuel consumption and other related operations; performs chemical tests on water; records readings in the plant operations logs.
Adjusts controls on equipment to maintain a proper flow of steam and/or water and to ensure safety of operation.
Powers down, cleans, and assists in the repair and maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment.
Blows down and washes boilers; scrapes and cleans flues; cleans pumps, screens, pipes, oil burners, strainers, and related parts and equipment.
Powers down, cools off and opens boilers, cleans them thoroughly and prepares them for annual certification inspections by 3rdparty inspectors. Closes and restarts boilers and checks for proper operation.
Receives general administrative direction; work is reviewed through inspections and efficiency of operations.
Maintains a clean and safe work area around boilers and auxiliary equipment.
Performs other related work as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma is required.
Have a minimum three years’ demonstrated experience in the operation of high pressure hot water or steam boilers.
Stationary High-Pressure Steam Engineer 2nd Class license OR Class III or IV Power Engineer Certification from National Institute of Uniform Licensed Power Engineers (NIULPE) preferred
Certified per EPA Method 9 (Opacity)
Demonstrated familiarity with American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler & Pressure Vessel Codes, especially as concerns controls and safety devices

Are you a Block Plant Tender/Warehouseperson looking for a change?
As a Block Plant Tender/Warehouseperson you will perform a wide range of duties within the plant including, but not limited to: Operating a fork lift, lifting as much as 40 pounds alone, being on feet all day, following all required safety procedures and general clean-up around the plant.

Are you a Block Plant Tender looking for a change?
As a Block Plant Tender you will perform a wide range of duties within the plant including, but not limited to: Operating a Fork Lift, lifting as much as 40 pounds alone, being on feet all day, following all required safety procedures and general clean-up around the plant.
Monitors the operation of concrete block manufacturing machine. Tasks include, removing and installing brick molds, cleaning all parts of the machinery. Shoveling, sweeping and raking up debris from base of machinery. Will also make adjustments to calibration of machine and make general repairs as needed to keep machine operating. Pushes blocks along rollers and arranges them to be placed onto pallets. May climb into machinery to repair parts. Climbs into and works in enclosed space when cleaning out mixer.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years previous experience
