Graduate of an RN School of Nursing. A First Line Supervisor on the job for more than six (6) months must be enrolled in a B.S.
Program by the following semester. A First Line Supervisor on the job less than six (6) months must be enrolled within eight (8) months of hire date. A First Line Supervisor within five (5) years of retirement is exempt.
Bachelor degree in health related field preferred.
