Specific Job Related Duties
- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*
Demonstrates typical cross training skills in linen handling procedures during routine work activities.
Conveys materials from receiving area to storage or to other designated areas.
Ability to perform quality checks on linen before distributing to the designated areas.
Sets up, configures and reorganizes supply cabinets or areas to maximize inventories. Maintains inventory records.
Coordinates with other Linen Services Technicians when the supervisor is away from location or involved in activities that require full attention.
Routinely maintains work area.
Assists nursing personnel with any linen issues.

To sample all fresh product and grade appropriately.
Sample product "Corn and Peas" and grade
Provide information and feedback to plant personal and field department as needed.

Overtime work is sometimes required. The work environment is very fast paced, repetitive, & manual labor in a non-temperature controlled work environment.
Hourly Pay Scale: Start Pay=$15.31; 45 Days=$15.51; 90 Days=$15.66
SUMMARY: Grade flooring according to Grade rules. Separate flooring by grade and mark defects to be cut according to the cutting rules and nest and putty graded pieces onto buggy while producing a grade standard of 5% or less in defects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Responsible for following Job Safety Analysis guidelines to assure safe operations
Grade flooring according to Product Specification Form (OPS-QA-SP-00051)
Mark defects according to cutting rules
Use correct cutting rules to cut Tavern from First Grade when possible
Separate dark from light colors for variation in color for the finish line
Putty all open character on boards as needed leaving no putty on bevel
Stack graded boards neatly in buggies with all boards butted firmly against each other with no gaps and oriented in the same direction
Remove and place boards back into system for rework in accordance to grade specifications
Move throughout the line to assist other graders as needed
Help in other areas when required
Keep area clean and wood off floor
Help train other graders
Perform other assigned tasks as needed
Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 10 lbs.
Must be able to pass a drug test, employment verification/background check
Willing and able to work safely in a fast paced production work environment
Willing and able to work in a non-temperature controlled work environment
Prior production experience in a manufacturing work environment
The following qualifications are strongly desired:
At least 1 year of consistent employment (same employer) within the last 3 years

Job Title: 140/160 Grader Equipment Operator
The 140/160 Grader Equipment Operator operates self-propelled grader to spread and level dirt, gravel, and stone, to grade specifications in construction and maintenance of earthwork structures, such as highways, streets, airports, dikes, and temporary roads.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operates grader and moves levers to regulate height and angle of grader blade, lower scarifier that loosens packed soil to permit grading, and to tilt front wheels of grader when making sharp turns.
Maneuvers grader in successive passes over working area, observing reference stakes or hand signals of assisting worker, to level surface to specified grade.
Feels lever and listens to sound of engine to determine depth of cut.
May perform fine or rough grading and be designated Motor Grader, Fine Grade; Rough Grade.
May operate tractor drawn grader to cut and smooth subgrade on street and highway paving projects and be designated Subgrader Operator.
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for collecting soiled linen from Tisch and HCC chute rooms. Collects bags of linen, places in truck and transports to the main soiled linen holding room.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Follows safety guidelines and meets physical effort standards. Advises supervisor of any hazardous conditions.
Follows established departmental safety guidelines. Follows established infection control guidelines.
Provides the delivery of clean linen and scrubs to all distribution points in the hospital. Set-ups AM linen carts for delivery of linen to distribution points throughout the hospital.
Collects soiled linen from Tisch and HCC chute rooms. Packs bags of linen in to trucks and transports truck to the main soiled linen collection room. Uses proper personal protective equipment when working in the chute rooms as well as with the soiled linen.
To qualify you must be able to read, speak, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Should be able to perform simple arithmetic calculation.
High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

Inspects and grades finished hardwood flooring on table, and/or moving belt, for defects such as knots, stains, decay, splits, faulty edges, pitch pockets, wormholes and defective milling.

Grader/Sorters are primarily responsible for grading and sorting incoming metal products according to factors such as appearance and quality to ensure correct processing and usage. Other responsibilities include general yard cleanup and other maintenance functions.
This is a physical job, so applicants must be able to frequently walk on uneven ground, handle and grasp materials, crouch, bend, reach, climb, twist, push, pull and lift/carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
